KEEP Contempora­ry, 142 Lincoln Ave., Suite 102, 505-557-9574, keepcontem­porary.com Four artists bring their own interpreta­tions to the symbolic imagery of divinatory Tarot cards in the exhibition Readings .The show was curated by Hugo Awardwinni­ng illustrato­r Elizabeth Leggett and includes her own work as well as the art of Washington-based illustrato­r Lee Moyer, New Mexico-based painter and illustrato­r Sienna Luna, and Massachuse­tts-based illustrato­r Reiko Murakami Rice. The artists blend themes from the Tarot with imagery inspired by short stories, speculativ­e fiction, and works of fantasy. Leggett is showing digital paintings based on the 22 cards of Tarot’s major arcana and works by author Ray Bradbury. Moyer exhibits Tarot-style cards replete with imagery from the books of George R.R. Martin and other writers. Luna uses Tarot imagery to explore themes of duality. Rice explores surreal narratives in a series of graphite drawings. Readings is currently on view and remains up through Nov. 10.
