PAW­TUCKET – Be­low are re­ported ar­rests and in­ci­dents from the week in Paw­tucket, ac­cord­ing to the Paw­tucket Po­lice De­part­ment’s ar­rest and dis­patch logs.

TUES­DAY, JULY 10

At 1:02 a.m., Ce­sar J. Guer­rero of 80 Leonard Je­nard Drive, Apt. 1B in Paw­tucket was charged with ob­struct­ing an of­fi­cer in the ex­e­cu­tion of duty, giv­ing false doc­u­ment to pub­lic of­fi­cial, and coun­ter­feit regis­tra­tion plate.

At 8:35 a.m., Sas­sette N. Espada of 75 Galileo Ave. in Prov­i­dence was charged with driv­ing af­ter de­nial se­cond of­fense, op­er­a­tion of un­reg­is­tered ve­hi­cle, and dis­play of plates.

At 1:59 p.m., Zachary J. Curry of 300 Vine St. in Paw­tucket was charged with first-de­gree child abuse.

At 7:10 p.m., Leon L. Shakelford of 249 Roo­sevelt Ave. in Paw­tucket was charged with driv­ing with in­ac­tive li­cense first of­fense.

At 9:28 p.m., Shay Rivera of 88 War­ring­ton in Prov­i­dence was charged with sim­ple as­sault and dis­or­derly con­duct.

At 9:41 p.m., Derek L. Brown of 681 Pine St., Apt. 2LEFT in Cen­tral Falls was charged with do­mes­tic sim­ple as­sault and do­mes­tic dis­or­derly con­duct.

At 10:57 p.m., Keith Pa­trick Miller of 105 Ben­e­fit St., Apt. 2L in Paw­tucket was charged with vi­o­la­tion of a no-con­tact or­der and lar­ceny un­der $1,500. At 11:41 p.m., Miller was charged with re­sist­ing ar­rest and dis­or­derly con­duct.

At 11:18 p.m., Sean Martin of 16 Richard St. in Cranston was charged with do­mes­tic dis­or­derly con­duct.

At 1:15 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to An­drew Fer­land Way for a report of a man run­ning away on foot leav­ing the ve­hi­cle he was in rolling back­wards.

At 3:01 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to Sterry Street af­ter a caller said she locked her­self in a bath­room be­cause a man was “drunk and throw­ing things around.”

At 5:18 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to Vine Street for a report of a three-month-old child in the emer­gency room with ex­ten­sive in­juries that do not match what the par­ents are telling hos­pi­tal staff.

At 9:27 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to Ben­e­fit Street for a report of a bro­ken win­dow at a busi­ness that was be­ing re­mod­eled. Ac­cord­ing to the dis­patch nar­ra­tive, some­one tried to gain ac­cess and steal tools.

At 11:45 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to Whip­ple Street af­ter a caller said her re­cently-evicted ten­ants de­stroyed an apart­ment.

At 1:26 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Columbine Av­enue af­ter a caller said her child’s fa­ther was chok­ing her and she struck him with an ob­ject.

At 1:41 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to West Av­enue for a report of a man who was as­saulted by a sus­pect who fled in a sil­ver Mercedes.

At 3:02 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Roo­sevelt Av­enue for a report of a man in the water.

At 4:33 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Plain Street for a report of a sick and pos­si­bly dy­ing cat in a drive­way.

At 6:35 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Rite Aid Phar­macy on Power Road for a report of a man and woman who stole a “cou­ple hun­dred dol­lars worth” of mer­chan­dise.

At 8:19 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Lons­dale Av­enue for a re­ported do­mes­tic in­ci­dent be­tween in­di­vid­u­als in a Dunkin’ Donuts park­ing lot.

At 10:50 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Coyle Av­enue for a report of a woman kick­ing a back door and yelling.

WED­NES­DAY, JULY 11

At 5:18 p.m., David John Hard­ing of 10 Fletcher St., Apt. 2 in Cen­tral Falls was charged with at­tempted break­ing and en­ter­ing and van­dal­ism.

At 5:34 p.m., Oley­nis Montes De Oca Jr. of 145 Car­leton St. in Prov­i­dence was charged with ob­tain­ing prop­erty by false pre­tenses.

At 10:40 p.m., Bel­ter Giron of 140 Hudson St., Apt. 2 in Prov­i­dence was charged with lar­ceny over $1,500 and con­spir­acy.

At 11:23 p.m., Se­lena Dono­hue of 64 Thomas Ave., Apt. 3 in Paw­tucket was charged with do­mes­tic sim­ple as­sault, do­mes­tic dis­or­derly con­duct, and fail­ure to ap­pear.

At 11:38 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to Wal­cott Street for a re­ported van­dal­ism to a ve­hi­cle.

At 2:04 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Pullen Av­enue for a report of threats made by a rel­a­tive.

At 2:18 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Prospect Street for a report of a neigh­bor who en­tered a woman’s apart­ment to watch her shower.

At 5:03 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to a re­ported van­dal­ism to a ve­hi­cle on Main Street.

At 5:21 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Brewster and Meadow streets for a re­ported rob­bery of a cell­phone.

At 7:17 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Tren­ton Street af­ter a woman said her daugh­ter and niece were fol­lowed by a black truck on West Av­enue.

At 7:48 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to North Bend and Saunders streets for a re­ported ac­ci­dent in­volv­ing a mo­tor­cy­cle.

At 7:59 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Japon­ica Street for a report of res­i­dents re­fus­ing to give a man back his dog.

At 10:01 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Web­ster Street for a report of an un­wanted man.

THURS­DAY, JULY 12

At 7:50 a.m., Katiria Mon­talvo of no present ad­dress was charged with do­mes­tic sim­ple as­sault and do­mes­tic dis­or­derly con­duct.

At 8:23 a.m., Ar­mando Miguel Gon­za­lez of 11 Greene St., Apt. 2 in Woonsocket was charged with as­sault with in­tent to com­mit spec­i­fied felonies, con­spir­acy to as­sault with in­tent to com­mit mur­der, felony as­sault, and dis­or­derly con­duct.

At 11 a.m., Joseph Robert Wash­ing­ton of 12 Lenox St., Apt. 2 in Cum­ber­land was charged with driv­ing af­ter de­nial and two counts of fail­ure to ap­pear.

At 12:48 p.m., Jen­nifer L. Curry of 76 Pear­son Ave., Apt. 1 in Paw­tucket was charged with mis­de­meanor shoplift­ing.

At 1:58 p.m., Chris­tine Araujo of 116 Water­man Ave. in North Prov­i­dence was charged with as­sault with in­tent to com­mit spec­i­fied felonies, felony as­sault, con­spir­acy to as­sault with in­tent to com­mit mur­der, and dis­or­derly con­duct.

At 2:19 p.m., Jen­nifer Lee Briggs of 116 Sterry St., Apt. 2 in Paw­tucket was charged with do­mes­tic sim­ple as­sault and do­mes­tic dis­or­derly con­duct.

At 2:59 p.m., Jor­dan Man­pign of 460 W. 41st St., Apt. 7A in New York, N.Y. was charged with se­cond-de­gree rob­bery and con­spir­acy.

At 6:57 p.m., Aaron J. Jenk­ins of 16 Ben­e­fit St., Apt. FL1 in Paw­tucket was charged with pos­ses­sion of co­caine.

At 7:11 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to Bloom­field Street for a re­ported lar­ceny from a ve­hi­cle.

At 8:22 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to Paw­tucket Av­enue for a report of a woman hav­ing prob­lems with her ex-hus­band.

At 8:55 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to York Av­enue for a re­ported van­dal­ism to a fence lock.

At 10:07 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to Broad­way for a re­ported hit-and-run to a building.

At 11:45 a.m., po­lice re­sponded to a re­ported shoplift­ing at Ocean State Job Lot on Ann Mary Street.

At 12:23 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Broad Street af­ter a caller said she saw a youth “get jumped.”

At 3:13 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to a re­ported van­dal­ism to a ve­hi­cle on El­iz­a­beth Street.

At 3:33 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Chan­dler Av­enue for a re­ported ac­ci­dent and fight.

At 4:19 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Thomas Av­enue for a report of three men try­ing to gain ac­cess into a house. Ac­cord­ing to the dis­patch nar­ra­tive, one of the men had a cord­less screw­driver.

At 5:57 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to Pine Grove Street for a report of threats.

At 6:59 p.m., po­lice re­sponded to New­port Av­enue and Cot­tage Street for an ac­ci­dent in which a RIPTA bus struck a pole. Ac­cord­ing to the dis­patch nar­ra­tive, there were no pas­sen­gers and no in­juries were re­ported.
