At 3:21 p.m., Nelito A. Monteiro of 126 Waterman St. (Apt. 1), Pawtucket, was charged with domestic violence/simple assault and/or battery (first offense) and domestic violence/disorderly conduct at his dwelling.
At 10:24 p.m., Jesus D. Chavez-Rivera of 44 Laurel St. (second floor), Pawtucket, was charged with domestic violence/disorderly conduct at Family Dollar, 607 Smithfield Ave.

At 4:46 a.m., police took into custody Matthew Villavicencio of 88 Raphael Ave., Providence, for domestic violence/simple assault and/or battery (first offense) and domestic violence/disorderly conduct at a Preneta Street abode.
At 2:21 p.m., officers took into custody Hernany S. Rocha of 9 Beecher St. (Apt. 3), Pawtucket, for domestic violence/simple assault and/or battery (first offense) and domestic violence/disorderly conduct at home.
At 5:21 p.m., Patrick A. Argenbright of 2951 Pawtucket Ave., East Providence, was charged with shoplifting from Ocean State Job Lot, 50 Ann Mary St.

At 7:41 p.m., officers arrested Elbert L. White of 70 Olive St. (Apt. 1), Pawtucket, for domestic violence/criminal violation of a no-contact order (thirdplus offense) and domestic violence/disorderly conduct at his abode.

At 10:05 a.m., John Buco of 496 Beverage Hill Ave., Pawtucket, was charged with maintaining a common nuisance/ controlled substances and driving with an expired or revoked license (third-plus offense) at his home.

At 12:33 p.m., officers took into custody Emmanuel G. Monroe of 413 Central Ave. (Apt. 3), Pawtucket, for domestic violence/ simple assault and/or battery (first offense) and domestic violence/disorderly conduct at his apartment.
At 3:32 p.m., officers arrested Fitzpatrick Perez of 153 Dunnell Ave. (third floor), Pawtucket, on a warrant and for possession of narcotics down the street from his dwelling.

At 2:30 a.m., officers took into custody Phillip A. Dailey, Jr. of 79 Suffolk Ave., Pawtucket, for larceny under $1,500 at 111 Hyde Ave.
At 9:03 a.m., Emmanuel Uribe of 28 Palm St. (first floor), Pawtucket, was arrested after an investigation by detectives at a neighbor’s house.

At 2:21 p.m., police took into custody Junior A. Lopes of 37 Humboldt Ave. (Apt. 3), Pawtucket, for vandalism at Coats Manor, 457 Lonsdale Ave. Just 17 minutes later, he was arrested again for disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest at Waterworks Car Wash, 930 Main St.
At 3:04 p.m., officers arrested Linnette M. Torres of 49 Webster St. (Apt. 33), Pawtucket, for domestic violence/simple assault and/ or battery (first offense) and domestic violence/disorderly conduct at a Peckham Street home.
