The Australia connection

TheDameWasLoaded was, at the time, the biggest multimedia production ever made in Australia. Directed by Jo Lane of Vixen Films, the game’s cast includes a few faces that’ll be familiar to anyone who watched Australian TV shows in the ’90s such as Neighbors or Prisoner: Cell Block H. With nine different endings, a cast of 30 characters and an hour of FMV footage shot, it was a mammoth production. And Melbourne, for the most part, is a decent stand-in for Los Angeles—at least at this low resolution.
