Monday, Jan. 2

10:20 a.m. Harassing communicat­ions reported by a resident of Luke Street who reported that her 12-yearold daughter was receiving harassing communicat­ions over Facebook and phone calls from another 12-year-old.

12:56 p.m. Burglary reported by a resident of Farrell Street who reported forced entry into her house and several items missing including a laptop computer, watches, jewelry and stereo equipment.

5:15 p.m. Criminal mischief reported by a man who said someone egged his car while it was parked at Marvin’s IGA. He said there was a small dent from one of the eggs.

11:15 p.m. A resident of Davis Street reported finding an open door on a resident.

Tuesday, Jan. 3

7:10 a.m. Alarm at Pea Ridge High School was caused by a delivery person who inadverten­tly set off the alarm.

11:50 a.m. A resident on W.M.B Franklin reported a vicious dog that attacked her dog which was on her front porch. Police saw three dogs — two Rottweiler­s and one Pomeranian — running loose and acting aggressive­ly towards other dogs in fences. The dogs were seen entering a fenced yard. The owners — Ronald Stoecker, 20, and Joseph Stoecker, 23, both of Pea Ridge — were cited for dogs at large.

2 p.m. While on patrol, police saw a small dog running loose in the area of the baseball fields on Weston Street. The dog was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

4:45 p.m. A 911 hang-up call was determined to be initiated by a 5-year-old girl at King Lane apartments playing with a phone.

5:33 p.m. A reckless driver was reported on Hayden Road swerving and driving without lights on. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

5:50 p.m. A 24-year-old female resident on East Pickens Road reported harassing communicat­ions.

Wednesday, Jan. 4

12:58 p.m. A dog was reported to have wandered inside a commercial building.

11:26 a.m. A cow was reported on the road at It’ll Do and Mcnelly roads.

2:45 p.m. A 49-year-old female resident on Weston Street reported she was awakened at 5 a.m. by a 21-year-old female beating on her front door. The girl reported she fell off the front porch and went to the hospital for treatment of her injuries. She was given a no trespass warning.

6:15 p.m. Terroristi­c threatenin­g was reported by a 50-year-old male resident on Weston Loop who reported another Pea Ridge resident was in Kansas and threatenin­g to attack him upon his return to town.

3:28 p.m. An agency assist resulted in the arrest of Daniel L. Davidson, 33, Degraff Road, Rogers, for driving on a suspended driver’s license and DWI. The man was reported to be driving recklessly on Gann Ridge Road and deputies were unavailabl­e.

Thursday, Jan. 5

9:14 a.m. A resident reported suspicious circumstan­ces involving a vehicle parked in a cul-de-sac at Harper and Rucker drives. It was discovered a man was sleeping in his vehicle waiting for another resident.

10:46 a.m. A 48-year-old female reported she had rented a house to a person but there were additional persons in the residence she did not want there. It was determined it was a civil dispute, but two persons there were arrested on warrants. Travis A. Gilbert, 37, Pea Ridge, was arrested on outstandin­g warrants from Benton County Sheriff’s Office and from Huntsville police and Ferol J. Kirkendoll, 44, Pea Ridge, was arrested on outstandin­g warrants from BCSO and Rogers.

10 a.m. While on routine patrol, it was discovered that an obscene picture and message had been spray painted on the football field.

4:11 p.m. Two children — girls ages 5 and 6 — were reported missing. The girls were found and were deemed to be safe.

6:25 p.m. A 53-year-old resident of Hoffman Drive reported two young males had thrown a substance at her vehicle and set it on fire. The investigat­ion resulted in the arrests of two 16-year-old males both charged with aggravated assault and first degree civil disorder.

5:09 p.m. A two-vehicle wreck at the intersecti­on of Hayden Road and West Pickens Road involving Lillie A. Snow, 84, Washburn, Mo., and Natasha J. Wolfenbarg­er, 30, of Seligman, Mo.

Friday, Jan. 6

3:30 p.m. A 53-year-old resident of Benton Drive reported fraudulent use of a credit card.

3:38 p.m. A 911 hang-up call was triangulat­ed by Central Communicat­ions and discovered to come from an empty house on St. Clair Street which was found with an unlocked back door. The caller, who sounded like a child, reported a fire at Pea Ridge Primary School.

6:33 p.m. Vehicles parked at Holmes Court and Hopkins Lane were reported as being suspicious. It was discovered that visitors to a surprise party had parked there to avoid detection.

8 p.m. Eight to 10 juveniles were reported hanging out behind Marvin’s IGA and later found around another business. They were told to leave the premises.

10:35 p.m. A traffic stop on a truck pulling a trailer with no tail lights resulted in the arrest of Joshua Mott, 24, for driving on a suspended driver’s license, no insurance and on a warrant from Huntsville. He was taken to the Benton County Jail.

Saturday, Jan. 7

12:15 a.m. A resident reported barking dogs near Turner Way and Chapman Street. Police were unable to locate the dogs.

11:43 a.m. An alarm at Pea Ridge High School, it was determined that persons had arrived for basketball practice and failed to deactivate the alarm.

1:49 p.m. A traffic stop of a vehicle with expired vehicle tags on Slack Street resulted in the arrest of Gregory Hoggart, 43, Bentonvile, on a warrant from Rogers

Sunday, Jan. 8

7:45 p.m. An employee of Mcdonalds reported harassment from four youths, ages 14, 15, 16 and 18. The teens were warned to stay away from the 17-yearold victim and the restaurant.

9:55 p.m. An agency assist at a residence on Kay Lynn Drive involving a residence which the owner reported had been left unlocked and was now locked and lights were on. As deputies were unavailabl­e, police checked the residence, did not find anyone in it, and reported it cleared to the owner.

1 a.m. Noah M. Walker, 28, Gentry, was arrested for public intoxicati­on at White Oak Station.

3:05 a.m. A residence of Eagle Crest reported someone had apparently tried to enter her residence while she was sleeping.

10:15 a.m. A 57-year-old resident of Linder Street reported his house was egged.

11:20 a.m. Residentia­l alarm on Smith Street apparently set off accidental­ly.

1:37 p.m. An employee of Fred’s reported a woman ran out the back door tripping the alarm. It was unknown whether she had stolen anything. The investigat­ion revealed witnesses who reported seeing the woman come out of the back of the store and get in a vehicle and be driven away.

5:50 p.m. A teen-aged girl reported rape by an older teen-aged boy.

Monday, Jan. 9

9:10 a.m. A resident of Benton Drive reported a stray dog. It was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

9:31 a.m. A resident reported inappropri­ate messages from an adult male on Facebook to a 12-year-old girl.

1:06 p.m. A resident on John Montgomery Circle reported a break-in of his vehicle on Saturday, Jan. 7. The locked vehicle had signs of someone attempting to pry the door open. The man also reported a GPS had been stolen from the vehicle several weeks prior but the vehicle had been unlocked at that time.

1:06 p.m. A resident on John Montgomery Circle reported harassing communicat­ions involving texts from a person on her telephone after she had listed items for sale on a radio call-in show.

6:30 p.m. A resident of D.J. Duvall Road reported theft of a pistol from a vehicle that was locked.

4:30 p.m. A resident of Blair Circle reported harassing communicat­ions involving a Facebook message.
