Terry Joe Boyle, 50, of Seligman, Mo., died April 16, 2012. He was born Dec. 8, 1961, in Warren, Ohio.

He worked for many years as a farm worker and in later life factory work. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Edith Boyle Flickinger.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara of Seligman; stepparent­s, Ernest and Bertha O’neel of Quincy, Wash.; sons, Ryan Boyle, Adam Boyle and Jason Boyle of Seligman; brother, Ed Flickinger of Decatur; stepbrothe­r, Bubby O’neel; and stepsister, Georgia O’neel; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside committal services were at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tucks Chapel Cemetery in Little Flock.

Arrangemen­ts were with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers. Warrants served: • 4/17 Mason Womack, 19, Rogers, failure to appear

Monday, April 16

9:45 a.m. A resident of Richards Street reported a visiting child had stolen her child’s prescripti­on medication. She requested police keep unauthoriz­ed children away from her house when she isn’t home.

12:21 p.m. A resident on Van Dorn said she two poodles that weren’t hers were in her back yard. Police picked up the dogs and took them to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

1 p.m. As a result of a previous complaint, served a warrant for theft on Lisa Thomas, 38, Pea Ridge.

2:54 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, arrested Gary Shannon Cook, 18, for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

7:50 p.m. A resident of Todd Circle reported a dog had gotten in her car while she was loading laundry. Police found the dog’s owner, Darrin Parker, and returned the dog to him. The dog had apparently gotten out of a fenced yard through a hole under the fence.

Tuesday, April 17

1:45 a.m. While on patrol, police noticed a vehicle traveling without headlights on. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Dustin L. Hughes, 21, Pea Ridge, for felony possession of a controlled substance.

11:45 a.m. A resident of Hallack Lane reported that a 23-year-old female living in his home had fraudulent­ly used his credit/debit card.

8:15 p.m. A resident on Eagle Crest reported a stray black terrier. Police picked up the dog and took it to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

9:04 p.m. A disturbanc­e was reported at a residence on W.M.B. Franklin involving a 23-year-old male reportedly hurting his mother and the mother of his infant son. As a result of the investigat­ion, on Wednesday at 6:57 p.m. police arrested Adam Howard, 23, for two counts of felony domestic battery and two counts of misdemeano­r criminal mischief.

Wednesday, April 18

9:17 a.m. Alarm at Tax Solutions, Slack Street.

3:28 p.m. A resident on North Curtis Avenue reported a stray dog. The dog was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

4:20 p.m. A residentia­l alarm at a residence on Hickory Street.

6:20 p.m. A residentia­l alarm at a residence on Hutchinson Street. The resident said she forgot to disarm the alarm.

10 p.m. While on foot patrol, found an unlocked door at Pea Ridge Intermedia­te School. A janitor locked the door, after police cleared the building.

10:52 p.m. While on foot patrol, found an open door on the concession stand at the football field. The door was secured.

11:15 p.m. During a business check, found an open door on a storage building behind a business.

11:28 p.m. Found an open door at Church of Christ, the door was secured.

11:56 p.m. Found an open door on First Assembly of God Church, the door was secured.

Thursday, April 19

8 a.m. A resident on W.M.B. Franklin reported someone had knocked on his doors and windows at 2:30 a.m.

4 p.m. A reckless driver was reported westbound on Arkansas Highway 94 from North Curtis Avenue. Police were unable to locate the vehicle. 7:15 p.m. Alarm at Arvest Bank. 11 p.m. Found an open door at Pea Ridge High School, police were unable to secure the door or contact a representa­tive.

Friday, April 20

10:31 a.m. A wallet was found at Wright’s Car Wash and turned in to police, who were unable to contact the person’s who ID was found inside.

11:07 a.m. A possible burglary was reported at a residence on Charles Street in which the back sliding door was found open on an empty house. The house was cleared and secured.

2:01 p.m. A woman reported she locked the car with her keys inside and an infant inside. Police unlocked the vehicle for her.

Saturday, April 21

12:15 a.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported parked in front of a residence on Hunter Drive. Upon investigat­ion, police found an 18-year-old male from Bentonvill­e who had parked several houses away from the house of a girl he was visiting.

7:53 p.m. An employee of EZ Mart reported a male customer “sampling” items and reported he became belligeren­t and cursed at her when she confronted him. He was found at a residence on West Harris Street and issued a no trespass warning.

Sunday, April 22

1:05 p.m.. A resident on Conrad Street reported that a man was standing on the front porch with a gun asking for one of the residents. He was found with a pellet gun; the gun was confiscate­d and the man was returned to his legal guardian.

6 p.m. Two dogs were reported running loose on Mary Phelps Drive. The owner, Robert D. Good, Pea Ridge, was found and cited for dog at large.

10 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, Andrew Tyler Zinkard, 23, of Bentonvill­e, was arrested for driving on a suspended driver’s license for the fourth time and no proof of insurance.

9;51 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, Everett D. Becker, 26, Pea Ridge, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Monday, April 23

3 a.m. Assisted Benton County Sheriff’s Office deputies in attempting to locate a man wanted for battery. Police were unable to locate him. Tuesday, April 24 6:23 a.m. A disturbanc­e at a residence on Mcnair Place of a man with guns resulted in the arrest of Howell Pippin, 64, Pea Ridge, who was taken into protective custody and booked into the county jail for drunken, insane and disorderly persons.
