Monday, Aug. 6

10:30 a.m. A resident on Ryan Road reported that someone had hit his chain-link fence with a vehicle and left the scene.

6:10 p.m. A resident of North Davis Street reported a stray dog. The red, female, hound-type dog was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

8:20 p.m. An employee of EZ Mart reported a gas drive off by the driver of a dark colored Ford SUV who pumped $66.56 worth of gasoline.

10:33 p.m. Criminal mischief involving rocks thrown through the windows of the women’s restroom at

City Park.

Tuesday, Aug. 7

9:55 a.m. A business owner reported a malnourish­ed brown and black dog wandering around the business on North Curtis Avenue.

10:16 a.m. Abandoned dogs were picked up from an empty residence on Pike Street and impounded at Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

Wednesday, Aug. 8

12:30 p.m. A resident on East Watie reported that a small brown and white dog had attempted to bite his daughter. Police were unable to locate the owner of the dog, which was impounded. As a result of the investigat­ion, the owner, Brian White, 30, Pea Ridge, was cited for dog at large.

Thursday, Aug. 9

4:44 p.m. A resident of John W. Montgomery Circle reported fraud in that someone had apparently opened a credit card account in her name and a collection agency was attempting to collect the debt from her.

7:21 p.m. A resident of Eagle Crest reported a strange noise in her residence but reported it stopped when police arrived.

Friday, Aug. 10

8:55 p.m. A black mixed-breed dog was picked up on Slack Street.

Saturday, Aug. 11

8 a.m. Alarm, Pea Ridge High School.

9:45 a.m. A disturbanc­e was reported at a residence on Smith Street between a 15-year-old girl and her step-mother.

11:02 a.m. An abandoned animal was reported at a residence on Pike Street. It appeared the residents had moved out. The dog was impounded.

12:10 p.m. Two stray dogs were picked up on South Harvey Wakefield. They appeared to be the dogs reported missing earlier in the day by a resident of Mary Phelps Drive.

7:18 p.m. Items were reported stolen from an empty residence on McCulloch Street.

Monday, Aug. 13

5:55 a.m. Assisted BCSO at a physical disturbanc­e at a residence on Russell Yates Road. Arrested Joshua Shawn Hayes, 29, for aggravated assault and resisting arrest.

12:10 p.m. A resident of Hickman Drive reported damage to a telephone box.

4:05 p.m. A dog at large citation was issued to Geraldine Chesnut, 60, Pea Ridge.

7:41 p.m. As a result of an investigat­ion into a report of a reckless driver on Arkansas Highway 94, arrested Bobbie Moss, 28, Exeter, Mo., for driving on a suspended driver’s license (suspended for alcohol offenses), careless and prohibited driving and possession of drug parapherna­lia.
