Myrtle Wojciechowski
Myrtle Wojciechowski of Rogers died Sept. 9, 2012. She was born Myrtie Lee Argo on Feb. 7, 1921, in Royston, Ga.
She was a homemaker and worked many years as a private duty nurse. She was a natural caregiver and loved all of the people she took care of throughout the years. She had a passion for politics and enjoyed nothing more than working on campaigns to help good people get elected to office.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jozef Wojciechowski; her father, Joseph Argo of Royston, Ga.; her mother, Lena Burch Trammell of Monroe, La.; two brothers, Eldridge Argo and Hoke Argo of Royston, Ga.; three sisters, Maggie Vandeford and Rose Parks of Royston, Ga., and Ophelia English of Atlanta, Ga.
Survivors include one son, Frank Duffy of Rogers; two daughters, Valerie Brewer of Rogers and Carol Huffman of Seligman, Mo.; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Ed Argo of Canon, Ga., and Alton Argo of Lula, Ga.
Visitation was Tuesday at Benton County Funeral Home, Rogers.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2805 N. Dixieland, Rogers.
Interment will follow in the Rogers Cemetery.
