Pea Ridge Primary School

Tuesday, Oct. 9 — 5:30 - 7 p.m. — Family Reading Night in the media center.

Tuesday, Oct. 16 — 5 - 7 p.m. — Pea Ridge Primary fourth annual Fall Festival; Admission is $5 per child (ages 3 and up), $15 maximum per family; hot dogs, chips and a drink will be available for $3; carnival games, cake walk for $1, face painting will be available.

There are still a few 20112012 yearbooks for sale. The cost is $10 and they may be purchased in the office.

Silver Dollar City field trip dates: Admission is $23. This does not include the cost of food. 7th Grade - Sept. 19 8th Grade - Sept. 26 9th Grade - TBD

Staff to kiss a cow

New this year at the Primary Fall Festival is “Kiss the Cow” contest between the staff. Each staff member will have a milk jug for parents, students and community members to put money in during school hours. The staff member with the most money gets to pucker up and kiss a cow at a school assembly following Fall Festival which is from 5 - 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16.

Milk jugs will be set up outside the first-grade hall, kindergarten hall and the interior office door starting Monday, Sept. 17, and ending with the conclusion of the Fall Festival.

Everyone is encouraged to participate because all money goes right back into the classroom.
