Monday, Dec. 3

8 a.m. A resident of North Curtis Avenue reported theft involving his O’Reilly’s Auto parts charge account saying someone had charged more than $150 on his account without his permission.

8:30 a.m. A resident of North Davis Street reported terroristi­c threatenin­g from her husband.

10 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported on Greer Street. The owner was contacted and agreed to move it by the afternoon.

9:15 p.m. A one-vehicle accident was reported on Ryan Road involving a vehicle driven by Natalie Naccarato, 16, of Rogers. There were no injuries reported.

Tuesday, Dec. 4

5:18 p.m. A resident of Weston Loop reported a stray dog in the area of Slack Street and Ellis Lane. The dog was later found and picked up in the area of Drew Lane, where a resident had caught him.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

1:08 p.m. Police assisted Bentonvill­e police who reported a man struck a woman inside a vehicle which was on Ark. Hwy. 72 headed towards Pea Ridge. As a result of the investigat­ion, Carl Cunningham, 29, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Bentonvill­e police. County deputies also responded as one incident and the arrest occured in the county. The female victim was treated by Pea Ridge ambulance but declined transport.

5:45 p.m. A resident of North Curtis Avenue reported theft involving a direct deposit check.

10:45 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on South Curtis Avenue, police arrested Richard D. Judy, 30, Rogers, for driving on a suspended driver’s license/DWI.

Thursday, Dec. 6

5:15 p.m. A person delivered a small dog to the police station saying he had found it at Curtis Avenue and Lee Town Road. The dog was taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

6:50 p.m. Gene Parker, 59, Bella Vista, reported hitting a deer on South Curtis Avenue north of Sugar Creek Road.

Friday, Dec. 7

7:04 p.m. A 911 hang up from a residence on Patton Street; there was not an emergency.

9:28 p.m. Suspicious circumstan­ces were reported by a resident on Richards Street involving someone knocking on his door and ringing his doorbell.

Saturday, Dec. 8

10:09 a.m. Suspicious circumstan­ces at a residence on Zachary Street involving someone ringing his doorbell and leaving.

5:31 p.m. The driver of a white Ford pickup truck pumped $20.01 in gas at White Oak Station but did not pay for it.

Sunday, Dec . 9

2:39 a.m. A reckless driver was reported in the area of Hazelton Road; police located the Chevrolet pickup truck on Charles Street, but the driver fled when police approached him. Police pursued up Ark. Hwy. 265 before ending the chase.

1:45 p.m. Bags of trash were found dumped along Hazelton Road.

3:54 p.m. Assisted the ambulance with a call for an ambulance for a 30year-old female who was taken to the hospital.

Monday, Dec. 10

2:20 p.m. School officials reported a 16-year-old male student out of control, cursing school officials and resisting instructio­ns. He was was arrested and cited into Benton County Juvenile Probation for abusive language.
