11:08 p.m. Macey R. Ross, 18, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia; several drug-paraphernalia items were seized and logged as evidence.
Monday, Jan. 14
4:45 p.m. A stray dog was reported in a field north of West PIckens across from St. Clair Street.
Tuesday, Jan. 15
12:45 p.m. A 14-year-old boy was arrested for terroristic threatening and resisting arrest as a result of an investigation of threats made over Facebook. In addition, his grandmother, Kathryn Marie Monroe, 56, Pea Ridge, was arrested for obstructing governmental operations for fighting police during the arrest.
1:58 p.m. An employee at McDonald’s restaurant reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill.
2:50 p.m. Assisted State Police with a traffic stop on East Pickens downtown.
3:14 p.m. While on routine patrol, police saw a car sitting on the street with three persons in the front seat; upon questioning, it was learned that a 13-year-old male said he was waiting to get on the school bus to ride to a friend’s house. The male is not a student at Pea Ridge schools, but said he had been riding the bus for about a week to his friend’s house. His mother told police she didn’t know that was a problem. The incident was turned over to the school resource officer.
3:20 p.m. A one-vehicle accident involving a car driven by Reba Bailes, 58, Rogers, that hit a gas meter on Lindsey Street.
11:07 p.m. Police received a report of about 10 cows on the side of St. Clair Street; the owner was contacted and secured the cows.
Wednesday, Jan. 16
1:30 p.m. A city employee reported finding a glass bowl of fish and other items near a trash can in the city park.
Friday, Jan. 18
7:15 a.m. A resident of O.D. Bancroft reported a breaking and entering of a vehicle involving a window broken on a vehicle and a purse stolen.
8:51 a.m. Welfare check at a residence on Patterson Road.
5:15 p.m. A resident of East Harris Street requested an order of protection on his soon-to-be ex-wife.
6:45 p.m. An injured deer was reported near South Curtis Avenue and Cardin Road.
7:25 p.m. As a result of a requested welfare check at a residence on Todd Circle, police arrested Joshua E. Courtney, 30, Pea Ridge, for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
9:02 p.m. A resident of Conway reported finding a wallet belonging to a Pea Ridge resident. The wallet was reportedly found in the middle of the road in Vilonia. Police were unable to locate the woman, whose address was listed at on Pike Street.
Saturday, Jan. 19
3:08 p.m. A resident of South Curtis Avenue reported his mailbox had been damaged by being hit with a large rock.
4 p.m. A resident on D.J. Duvall reported her neighbor was playing music too loudly.
4:29 p.m. Agency assist with a singlevehicle accident with entrapment on Arkansas Highway 72 near Dove Road.
9:59 p.m. A resident of Gen. Franz Sigel Drive reported his neighbor was playing music too loudly.
12:47 p.m. A resident on North Davis Street reported his neighbor was being very loud.
Sunday, Jan. 20
11:35 a.m. A resident of Humphrey Street reported that a 2-year-old girl wearing no shoes was found wandering in the neighborhood and attempts to locate the parents had been unsuccessful. The parents were located on St. Clair Street, the child was returned and the parents were advised to watch her better. The incident was reported to the Arkansas Child Abuse hotline.
3:09 p.m. A resident on North Davis Street reported her neighbor was being too loud but she didn’t want police to come by as he would be quiet when they arrived.
3:49 p.m. A resident of Charles Street reported harassment by a former companion through phone calls and texts and said she had threatened to visit the school to see their daughter.
10:30 p.m. Agency assist to BCSO in serving a felony warrant on Dustin Luff at Kings Lane apartments.
