Wednesday, Feb. 20

1:27 p.m. A volunteer firefighte­r picked up two lost juveniles — a 5-year-old male and a 7-year-old female — who were found in the middle of the road on North Davis Street.The parents were located at the residence on Lindsay Street.

6 p.m. An employee of Visions Hair Salon reported theft of services from a resident on Lane Drive. The suspect was contacted and told to contact the salon.

Thursday, Feb. 21

11:05 a.m. A resident on Frost Street reported someone had knocked his mailbox down and claimed that papers were missing from his residence.

10:05 p.m. Police received a report of a dog that had been hit by a car, still alive and lying by a fence on South Curtis Avenue. While checking on the dog, a woman arrived claiming the dog was hers. She picked up it and said she was taking it to a veterinari­an.

9:10 p.m. As an agency assist to Rog- ers police, police located and arrested Joshua David Jones, 26, Pea Ridge, and transfered to Rogers police.

Saturday, Feb. 23

11:18 p.m. A traffic stop on North Ark. Hwy. 94 resulted in the arrest of Kacie J. Prince, 19, Pea Ridge, who was cited and released for possession of a controlled substance, and Kody Stroud, 19, Pea Ridge, felony possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, Feb. 24

6:52 p.m. A resident of South Curtis Avenue reported fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.

Monday, Feb. 25

2:59 p.m. A resident of Garfield reported harassment from her husband against whom she has an order of protection, claiming he was following her in Pea Ridge throughout town. The man was contacted by police.

4 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Tracy Milne-Jones, 35, Pea Ridge, for driving on suspended driver’s license, suspended for DWI.

5:54 p.m. Following up on leads received, police found and arrested Travis Schmalz, 25, Bentonvill­e, in Pea Ridge. Schmalz was arrested on failure to appear warrants from Pea Ridge, Benton County, Benton County West and Rogers. Also arrested, was Tyler T. Brewer, 21, homeless, on a failure to appear warrant from Rogers.

6:11 p.m. A resident of Zachary Street reported suspicious circumstan­ces involving a vehicle parked in the neighborho­od for about 45 minutes.

6:45 p.m. Police received a report of a black pick-up truck backing into an unoccupied vehicle in the Marvin’s IGA parking lot and then leave. The suspect vehicle was found and stopped at Bussey Lane and East Ark. Hwy. 72 and the driver, Tammy Lea Stone, 49, Grovesprin­g, Mo., asked to return to the scene. Stone was cited for no proof of insurance and leaving the scene of an accident. The damaged vehicle was owned by Tina Batts, 44, Garfield.

Tuesday, Feb. 26

1:27 a.m. Police were dispatched to a disturbanc­e at a residence on Smith Street where they found a man with his lip bleeding with a “large piece of it barely hanging on,” according to the report. The man said he does not want to press charges against the suspect, his girlfriend. Police called medical personnel to the scene; the victim was advised to go to the hospital for stitches.
