Benton County Cemetery Preservation

The Benton County Cemetery Preservation group extends an invitation to all members and interested persons to attend the annual meeting slated to be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, at 306 NW 2nd St., Bentonville.

The nomination and election of officers and board members, as well as a discussion on the preservation of cemeteries, is on the agenda, according to Mike Freels, who is secretary-treasurer for the group.

Auction, craft fair and yard sale slated

EUREKA SPRINGS — A giant auction, craft fair and yard sale will be held from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday, March 15, and Saturday, March 16, at the Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs.

Yard sale items are needed to sell. Donations are being accepted from March 11 - 16. Donations are tax deductible. The public can also set up yard sale tables at no cost, although donations to the Great Passion Play will be accepted.

Donations of items $50 or more will be part of a live auction at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16.

Crafters are invited to set up a table at no cost; donations to the Great Passion Play will be accepted.

A bouncy house will be on site for children to enjoy.
