Monday, March 25

7:30 a.m. Two dogs were reported running loose on West Harris Street; the owner, Chasteen Long, was cited for two counts of dog at large.

11:47 p.m. Agency assist for BCSO to locate a stolen vehicle reportedly at a residence in Pea Ridge; police were unable to locate the vehicle.

Tuesday, March 26

10:30 a.m. A resident of Pea Ridge reported someone hacked her walmart. com account and charged several items. The incident is under investigat­ion.

1 p.m. Requested by BCSO to locate a person wanted in reference to a disturbanc­e call; police were unable to locate her.

8:08 p.m. A one-vehicle accident at EZ Mart involving Sandra Stogdill, 64, Pea Ridge, involving her turning into the EZ Mart parking lot too soon, driving into a ditch and “high centering” her vehicle in the ditch.

Wednesday, March 27

12:30 p.m. A resident on Hayden Road reported he found a bicycle on his property. He said his dogs’ barking awoke him, he looked outside and saw the bicycle leaning against his house and a person running away followed by two large dogs.

10:16 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old male for possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Thursday, March 28

1:35 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop on East Pickens Road, arrested John Richard Clark, 21, Pea Ridge, for DWI and careless and prohibited driving.

8:52 p.m.As a result of an officer contact with a male smoking a marijuana cigarette while at the White Oak gas station, Eliseo Alvarez, 23, of Bella Vista was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Friday, March 29

4:15 p.m. Parents of a 12-year-old male reported their son was being bullied on the school bus. The report was forwarded to the School Resource Officer Sgt. Lon Brown for investigat­ion during school hours.

5:01 p.m. While on routine patrol, an officer observed two juvenile males running away from a local business. The juveniles were stopped by the officer while in the parking lot. Upon further investigat­ion, the males, ages 14 and 15, were arrested and transporte­d to the Juvenile Detention Center for theft from Fred’s.

6:25 p.m.A bottle of prescripti­on medication was was found on a shelf at Fred’s. Officers made contact with the owner of the medication and it was returned the next day.

7:15 p.m. Alarm at the Pea Ridge High School, false alarm.

8:14 p.m. Employees at a local business reported they believed a male customer was intoxicate­d. The male then left the business in a vehicle; nearly caused two accidents, according to police. The suspect, Charles Stanec, 47, Eureka Springs, was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit, and two counts of fail to yield and transporte­d to Benton County Jail.

9:30 p.m. While checking the Pea Ridge schools, an officer found several open windows and one unlocked door. School Resource Officer Sgt. Brown arrived and secured the building and reset the alarm.

11:18 p.m. A resident of WMB Franklin Avenue reported that someone rang their doorbell and ran off only to come back a short time later and yell at the owner. The owner reported that he chased them across town, but was unsure where they went. The owner was able to provide a descriptio­n of the males including their truck, an older model grayish truck with a mis-colored front fender. Police are still searching for the suspects.

Saturday, March 30

1:24 a.m.A reckless driver was reported on North Curtis Avenue.

1:33 a.m.A one-vehicle rollover accident occured on West Pickens Road;

the driver, Melisa Wish, 36, of Bella Vista, was arrested for DWI and careless driving.

11:50 a.m. Alarm at the Pea Ridge Intermedia­te School, false alarm.

Sunday, March 31

3 a.m. Agency assist to Little Flock Police with a breaking/entering in progress call.

11:03 a.m. Accidental alarm at Sonic Drive Inn. Officers found that everything was OK.

12 p.m. A male reported that his ex-girlfriend sold his go-cart for illegal drugs, but he was not able to provide any further details.

1:27 p.m.A resident of Woods Street reported that a male was banging on the door and would not leave. Officers found the male and advised him to not trespass on the property again.

3 p.m. A resident on Hayden Road reported gun shots. It was determined that the neighbors were shooting at a target in the woods, which is in the county.

4:36 p.m.Dispatched to a physical disturbanc­e in progress on Sims Lane. It was determined that the residents were not physically fighting, but were only yelling. The female voluntaril­y left the residence.

6 p.m. A Rogers resident reported a verbal disturbanc­e that had occurred earlier, but did not want to file charges.

8:29 p.m. A resident on Chapman Lane reported theft of property.
