Monday, April 1

3:46 p.m. An alarm at a residence on Daniel Street was determined to be unfounded.

Wednesday, April 3

8:15 a.m. A resident on Poten Spur reported harassing communicat­ions.

3:40 p.m. A resident on McNair Street reported her 15-year-old son has runaway from home but may have possibly walked to a friend’s house. The youth was found and returned home.

Friday, April 5

8:56 p.m. As a result of an investigat­ion to a report of a suspicious circumstan­ce at a residence on Jones Lane, police arrested Tracy J. Milne-Jones, 35, for public intoxicati­on, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Saturday, April 6

12 p.m. A resident of Ray Street reported harassing communicat­ions.

9 p.m. Two stray dogs were reported in the backyard of a residence on Cherry Street. The two German shepherds were picked up and taken to Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

10:03 p.m. Benjamin Martinez, 45, Pea Ridge, was cited for dog at large in response to the investigat­ion into a complaint by another resident in the area of the dog running outside, crossing the street and nipping at him, his wife and child.

Sunday, April 7

12:39 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Cody Barrios, 18, Pea Ridge, for purchase, possession of intoxicati­ng liquor by a minor, DUI - underage DUI law/more than .02 percent but less than .08 percent.

3:51 a.m. As a result of a report of a disturbanc­e at a residence on Charles Street, police arrested Steven Arthur Broyles, 28, Pea Ridge, for felony aggravated assault. The victim was transporte­d to the hospital by Pea Ridge EMS.

11:04 a.m. A suspicious circumstan­ce was reported at a residence on McNair Street involving drug items found in a bedroom.

5:19 p.m. A resident on Hayden Road reported that her husband, a 76-year-old male, had left the house and was threatenin­g suicide. She said he did possibly have a revolver in his possession. He returned home safely April 8.

Monday, April 8

3:29 a.m. A resident reported a burglary in progress at a residence on Chapman Lane. Upon arrival, police found a man and a woman in the residence. They admitted they had climbed through a window to gain access, but were related to the owner. The owner, when contacted, said the two could be there.
