Tuesday, July 9

8:53 a.m.A resident of West Pike Street reported criminal mischief involving a damaged windshield on his semi-tractor trailer truck.

10:23 a.m. Police assisted ambulance personnel at a residence on East Pickens for a suicidal subject who was transporte­d to the hospital. An empty prescripti­on medication bottle and a loaded pistol were seized.

1 p.m. A resident of North Harvey Wakefield reported that her neighbor’s goats are getting into her yard. Police attempted to contact the owners of the goats, but were unsuccessf­ul.

4 p.m. A resident of Nelson Court reported a theft saying someone had gotten into his unlocked truck overnight. He said a radio was stolen from his friend’s truck which was also parked at his residence.

4:30 p.m. A resident of Nelson Court reported someone had gotten into her unlocked vehicle overnight. It appeared someone had unsuccessf­ully attempted to remove the radio and broke the key off in the ignition.

10:03 p.m. A resident of Patterson Road reported his 16-year-old son did not return home after work. He was found in an apartment on East Pickens Road.

Wednesday, July 10

3:10 a.m. Police received informatio­n that a 15-year-old male reported he had been sexually assaulted by his 16-year-old brother. The youths were taken to Children’s Advocacy Center for interviews. As a result of the investigat­ion, a Family in of Services (FINS) petition was pursued.

11:38 a.m. A resident of North Harvey Wakefield reported a goat in her yard. It was taken to Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

12:30 p.m. A resident of Richards Street reported computer fraud involving someone changing the address of a credit card without her approval.

5:58 p.m. A resident of Rogers reported that while at a residence on Halleck Lane, a stray dog came out of the woods behind the house and bit her 1-year-old son in the face. The child was taken to the hospital; the dog was not found.

9:03 p.m. Police assisted Benton County Sheriff ’s deputies in seeking a blue Honda passenger vehicle with side damage and a white Buick passenger car. A deputy had the car stopped at Ark. Hwy. 72 and Lee Town Road.

Thursday, July 11

9:35 a.m. A resident of North Harvey Wakefield Drive reported a goat in her yard. It was taken to Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

3:50 p.m. Police received a report of a suspicious male in the library. He was reportedly sitting on the floor and wearing a hard hat and wouldn’t talk to anyone. He was talked to, then left.

3:16 p.m. A resident of Hallack Lane reported reckless drivers on his road saying drivers speed there and there are children often playing outside. Police agreed to provide extra patrols on the road.

10:47 p.m. A resident of Blue Jay Road reported suspicious circumstan­ces involving two males in an abandoned house on Ross Salvage Road who called to his 15-year-old son, then chased him when he ran away. Police were unable to locate the suspects.

Friday, July 12

12:30 a.m. A resident of John W. Montgomery Circle reported harassing communicat­ions. The man said he was receiving threatenin­g phone calls from a customer whose vehicle he had repossesse­d.

Saturday, July 13

10:49 a.m. Police received a report of a physical disturbanc­e involving two males. One male left, but a female and male continued to argue, both claiming to have the right to stay at the residence. Police contacted the Prosecutor’s office because although the situation was civil, the female continued to threaten a disturbanc­e if the male did not leave.

4:20 p.m. Police picked up a female black lab near the intersecti­on of Asboth and Van Dorn streets. It had no tags. The dog was taken to Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

4:41 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Chitwood Street to assist Rogers police with two women who were seen on video tape shopliftin­g from Walmart. The women apparently left the residence. At 8:02 p.m. while on patrol, police saw the vehicle, stopped it, identified the suspects and notified Rogers. The driver, Tatia Gwen Garrison, 42, Southwest City, Mo., was arrested on warrants from Bentonvill­e, Springdale and Benton County. Rogers police arrived and cited both Garrison and the passenger, Sabrina L. Tillery, 42, Pea Ridge. Garrison was transporte­d to Benton County Jail.

Monday, July 15

10 a.m. A two-vehicle accident at White Oak Station involving vehicles driven by Nathan Gobble, 20, Pineville, Mo., and Sherry Lynn Pankau, 43, Pineville, Mo.

7:30 p.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported a stray dog at his residence. The dog, a black and tan hound, was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.
