Monday, May 12

10 a.m. A resident of Hays Street reported criminal mischief involving someone turning on their outside water faucet. Their water bill was in excess of $400.

1:29 p.m. Police picked up a large German shepherd which was running at large on Weston Street. The complainan­t said the dog was known to be vicious and had bitten in the past. Attempts to contact the owners were unsuccessf­ul. The dog was picked up and taken to Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

5:20 p.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported a bicycle was stolen.

Tuesday, May 13

2:30 p.m. Following Pea Ridge City Court, police transporte­d Tasha Heath, 27, Rogers; Jonathan R. Holmes, 32, Bentonvill­e; and Christophe­r M. Casberg, 26, Rogers, to Benton County Jail for contempt failure to pay fines and costs per order of Judge Ray Bunch.

4:28 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Patton Street for a violation of a no contact order. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Shawn Gleason, 45, Pea Ridge, for violation of a no contact order. The resident of the house was warned about lying to police and obstructin­g government operations.

6:26 p.m. A resident of Rains Street reported that a salesperso­n had come to her door and been rude and cursed at her when she declined to buy anything. As a result of the investigat­ion, police located the salesperso­n at her residence in Rogers and talked to her about the situation. The salesclerk said she did not have a solicitati­on permit required by city ordinance. Neither person wanted to pursue charges.

Wednesday, May 14

4:30 p.m. A resident of WMB Franklin reported that a pit-bull had aggressive­ly charged at her and that while trying to get away from it, she tripped and fell. She said the dog is
