William Glenn Ives Sr., 84, of Booneville, Ark., formerly of Pea Ridge, died Saturday, July 19, 2014, in Booneville. He was born Aug. 15, 1929, in Gillette, Ark., to Charles A. and Mary Ruth (Black) Ives.

He was a retired electrical lineman in California and Arkansas. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was a member of I.B.E.W. and the Arkansas Valley Antique Tractor Club.

He enjoyed fishing and restoring old tractors.

Survivors include his wife Agnes L. Ives of the home; a daughter, Dianna Ives of Booneville; a son, William Glenn Ives Jr. and wife Michelle of Boise, Idaho; a brother, Dick Ives of Kansas City, Mo. ; four grandchild­ren, Candace, Elizabeth, Kimberly, and Katelyn; two great-grandchild­ren, Christian and Conner; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, at Roberts Funeral Home.

Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville.

Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

Pallbearer­s will be Bob Waid, Bill Garner, John Fuchs, Jack Fulgham, Bob Hill, and Doyle Benson.

The honorary pallbearer­s will be the River Valley Tractor Club Members, Stewart Aldrich, Bob and Jimmy Staton, Jim Hugh White, and Herb Henderson.
