Tuesday, July 29

7:58 a.m. A resident of Zachary Street reported his unlocked vehicle was broken into. Items missing include a wireless keyboard, cigar case, lighter and cigar cutter.

10:07 a.m. A resident of Farrell Street reported a wallet missing from an unlocked vehicle. While police were patrolling the neighborho­od, the officer saw several items, including a woman’s sunglasses and a prescripti­on bottle lying on the ground and contacted the owner of the bottle. The owner discovered three vehicles at her house had also been entered.

11:53 a.m. A resident on Farrell Street reported a break-in in an unlocked vehicle. She reported nothing was missing but the vehicle had been gone through. A resident in the Standing Oaks subdivisio­n provided a home surveillan­ce video showing a suspect who appeared to drop items in the yard then ran between the houses about 1:20 a.m. The items were recovered and matched the descriptio­n of items stolen from a vehicle in the subdivisio­n.

6:15 p.m. A resident of Farrell Street reported a wallet, driver’s license and other items missing from an unlocked vehicle.

9:33 p.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersecti­on of Slack Street and Weston Street involving vehicles driven by Amber Culotta, 26, Pea Ridge, and Skye Craig, 18, Bentonvill­e.

Wednesday, July 30

3:30 a.m. Police were dispatched to the area of Hickman Drive and Turner Way for a complaint of a barking dog. The officer did hear the dogs barking but was unable to contact the residents where the dogs were kept.

6:29 a.m. A resident of Richards Street reported someone had entered their unlocked vehicle and taken a GPS and a Kindle Fire.

7:11 a.m. A resident of St. Clair Street reported someone had entered her unlocked vehicle and a bag with personal informatio­n was missing. She said that it appeared someone had gone through another vehicle there but nothing was missing.

Thursday, July 31

8:13 a.m. A resident of Lynn Drive reported a 14-year-old girl missing, but while interviewi­ng the family, it was learned the girl was returning home safely.

5:10 p.m. A caller reported a registered sex offender is walking up and down Wood Street when children are present. The caller expressed concern for the children’s safety.

Friday, Aug. 1

4:22 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lynn Drive for what was initially reported as a verbal disturbanc­e and which escalated to a physical disturbanc­e between two women — a mother and daughter. As a result of the investigat­ion, Kathryn Marie Monroe, 57, Pea Ridge, and Kristen Michelle, 33, Pea Ridge, were arrested for third-degree domestic battery. They were taken to the Benton County Jail to be held for a bond hearing.

10:17 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hickman Drive for an “open 911 line” call for what sounded like a disturbanc­e. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Shane Travis Price, 37, Pea Ridge, for thirddegre­e domestic battery. Later, about 1:13 a.m., police returned to the residence for an ambulance call because one of the women there wanted to be transporte­d by ambulance to the hospital. Two women were transporte­d from the scene.

11:51 p.m. Police received a report of a harassment from a resident of St. Clair Street involving a male “coming to her house” and no longer welcome. Police were not able to contact the male.

Saturday, Aug. 2

12:06 a.m. Police were notified of a disturbanc­e at Van Dorn Street. As a result of the investigat­ion, police learned there was a man at the residence known to the male resident. No charges were filed.

2:13 p.m. Police responded to the area of Ellis Lane and Slack Street. The property owner of land inside the city limits complained that people were parking on his property for a business located across the street and in the county jurisdicti­on. The business owner agreed to ask all persons parked on the neighborin­g property to remove their vehicles. Both men were given verbal no trespass warnings.

12:39 p.m. Police were dispatched to the Pea Ridge Fire Department for a person stung by a bee. CENCOM dispatcher­s reported that the ambulance was at the hospital and Rogers Ambulance had been dispatched. Police aided the man; a ranger arrived with a trauma bag and oxygen was administer­ed to the male, who was reportedly severely allergic to bee stings. Rogers ambulance did not transport the man.

1:21 p.m. A resident of Tinnin Street reported two packages were delivered to her house by FedEx and the packages were stolen off her porch.

12:32 p.m. Police assisted Benton County Sheriff ’s Office deputies with finding a suspect from a hit and run. The vehicle was registered to a resident on North Davis Street. Police remained on the scene until a deputy arrived.

Sunday, Aug. 3

4:09 p.m. Police were dispatched to the area of Arkansas Highway 94 near Sugar Creek for a truck just off the side of the road and a male “walking/stumbling” around in the grass next to the truck. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Robert Daniel Heflin, 39, Rogers, for public intoxicati­on and driving on a suspended driver’s license for DWI. The vehicle had three flat tires and was driving on the rim of one wheel and was damaged. The truck was towed, removed from the side of the highway so it wouldn’t be a danger to other motorists.
