Tuesday, Sept. 8

6:10 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Kaylee Patton, 19, Pea Ridge, was arrested for minor in possession and on a warrant from Rogers, and cited Teveynn Bergeron, 18, Pea Ridge, was cited for a Pea Ridge warrant for failure to appear.

8:41 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on South Curtis Avenue for a physical disturbanc­e. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Rachel Lee Forest, 45, Pea Ridge, for third-degree domestic battery and interferen­ce with emergency communicat­ions; Michael David Forest, 56, Pea Ridge, for third degree domestic battery; and Tyson Michael Vandagriff, 20, Pea Ridge, on a warrant from Rogers.

Wednesday, Sept. 9

7:59 a.m. Police notified Benton County Sheriff’s deputies for assistance in serving a felony warrant at a residence on It’ll Do Road. Brandi Elaina Lackey, 24, Bentonvill­e, ran from police when told she had warrants. She was caught, arrested and charged with fleeing on foot and booked into the Benton County Jail.

8 a.m. Pea Ridge High School SRO was notified by school staff about a student with suspected marijuana at the school; the student also admitted to being under the influence of marijuana. After the investigat­ion, a 14-year-old male from Pea Ridge was cited into juvenile court and released to his parents for possession of a controlled substance, 3 grams of suspected marijuana.

Thursday, Sept. 10

4:13 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested the driver, Stephen Chase Ammons, 19, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, possession of meth or cocaine, theft by receiving and possession of drug parapherna­lia. The vehicle he was driving was reported as stolen from Johnson. It was impounded and held for Johnson Police.

11:29 a.m. A School Resource Officer for the Pea Ridge Middle School was advised by a teacher that a student was using a suspicious leaf as a bookmark; the leaf was confirmed to be a marijuana leaf. Aas a result of the investigat­ion, the student, a 12-year-old male from Pea Ridge, was cited into juvenile court and released to his parents for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

8:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue for a private property accident involving a vehicle driven by Thomas Deering, 54, Pea Ridge, and a silver mid-sized vehicle. Deering reported the driver backed into him. Deering said said that when he asked the driver for his insurance informatio­n, he returned to the car and drove away. Police issued a BOLO for the vehicle.

9:44 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lynn Drive for a disturbanc­e between a 15-year-old female and her parents. The officer spoke with juvenile for a while until she relaxed and did not appear to be angry. There were no charges filed.
