Saturday, Nov. 7

4:34 p.m. Police were notified of a dog running loose on North Curtis Avenue. The dog and owner were found. The owner, Cheyenne R. Whitley, 19, Pea Ridge, was cited for dog at large.

Tuesday, Nov. 10

9:48 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop, police arrested Katherine R. JonesDixon, 57, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug parapherna­lia and possession of sch. VI lt 4 oz.

1:52 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Greer Street for a criminal mischief/criminal trespass involving someone damaging a yard and breaking a lock to a fence.

3:51 p.m. Police took a 17-year-old male to Benton County Jail for a oneday court commit per Judge R. Bunch.

Wednesday, Nov. 11

7:40 a.m. Police were dispatched to Pea Ridge Intermedia­te School for a student causing a disruption. The 10-year-old male had been disorderly on the bus and then with school staff once he arrived at school. He was cited for disorderly conduct and released to his parents.

12:30 p.m. The school resource officer was notified of a problem in the boys’ bathroom involving a mirror removed from the wall by a 13-year-old male. The incident was handled by school personnel.

Thursday, Nov. 12

4:38 p.m. As an agency assist, police responded to North Ark. Hwy. 94 for a vehicle on the side of the road and a man stumbling into the roadway. The man, Joseph Neal Griffith, 50, Pea Ridge, was arrested by BCSO for public intoxicati­on after receiving a .30 reading on the portable breathalyz­er test. A glass pipe containing “suspected marijuana” was impounded.

8:56 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Alexis Garcia, 19, Pea Ridge, for possession of Sch IV or V lt 28 gm, possession of Sch. III lt 2 gm and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

11:50 p.m. Police were dispatched to a structure fire with explosions at the intersecti­on of Greer Street and Schrader Road involving a fully-engulfed camper trailer. A Fire Department official reported suspected arson.

Friday, Nov. 13

5:13 p.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle collision on Ark. Hwy. 72 (Slack Street) at the intersecti­on with Weston Street involving vehicles driven by Timothea N. McGarrah, 33, Pea Ridge, and Stormy E. Johnson, 18, Pea Ridge. According to the report, both vehicles were eastbound. McGarrah was stopped waiting to turn north (left) when her vehicle was struck from be- hind by Johnson’s vehicle. Johnson told police a can rolled beneath her brake pedal preventing her from braking.

Saturday, Nov. 14

12:49 p.m. Police assisted Little Flock Police with a “possible mentally unstable subject” near the intersecti­on of Ark. Hwy. 94 and Rustic Drive. The suspect, Ryan Alley, 22, Pea Ridge, was arrested on warrants from Pea Ridge for failure to appear, driving on suspended, no proof of insurance and speeding and and warrant from Bentonvill­e.

Sunday, Nov. 15

8:57 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Greene Street for a domestic disturbanc­e involving a physical altercatio­n between a 37-year-old male and a 40-year-old female. The male fled on foot.
