• 2/20 Michael Shayne Shields, 29, Rogers, failure to appear and contempt failure to pay fines and costs

Monday, Feb. 15

2:25 p.m. A resident on Turner Way reported a license plate stolen from off a vehicle.

3:26 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Maria J. Moore, 31, Pea Ridge, on a warrant for Rogers and cited her for driving on a suspended driver’s license and expired vehicle license. She was transferred to Rogers Police.

Tuesday, Feb. 16

11 a.m. Residents of Pea Ridge reported fraud involving someone calling telling her he was her grandson and needed $1,000 to be wired to him in Mexico City twice. It was discovered to be a fraud.

12:11 p.m. Police took a report of a traffic accident involving a 16-year- old female driver who reported she was southbound on It’ll Do Road south of Hazelton Road and she drove off the shoulder of the road due to a northbound car in her lane.

Wednesday, Feb. 17

4 p.m. Police took a preliminary report of a motor-vehicle accident involving vehicles driven by Linda C. Reece, 73, Osceola, Ark., and a 17-yearold male on South Curtis Avenue.

8:01 p.m. An employee of White Oak station reported someone clipped a gas pump with a trailer. The driver of the vehicle pulling the trailer was Gavin Loyde Weaver, 31, Pea Ridge.

Thursday, Feb. 18

1:02 p.m. Police took a report of theft of electrical services by a residents on John W. Montgomery Circle. An employee of Carroll Electric reported electricity was “illegally restored” to the residence. The incident is under investigation.

4 p.m. Police took a report of a traffic accident that happened on Pickens Road in front of the high school involving vehicles driven by Ethan Rhine, 24, Pea Ridge, and a 17-year- old male, who was cited for careless and prohibited driving

7:55 a.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident on Weston Street involving vehicles driven by a 17-yearold female and Marion G. Morgan, 50, Pea Ridge

7:55 a.m. A resident of Blair Circle reported finding a computer bag in his front yard. During the investigation, police found a laptop screen on the side of Lee Town Road.

Sunday, Feb. 21

5:40 p.m. Police took a report of a private property accident on Walmart parking lot involving vehicles owned by Lacy King, 21, Pea Ridge; John M. Rhymer, 40, Everton, Ark.; and Letty Lou Heartgrave, 65, Pea Ridge.
