Highland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Bella Vista provides skilled and long-term care nursing services for the Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri areas. The facility is rated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as a five-star facility for quality of care and clinical outcomes.
Residents under skilled services receive inhouse physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy services tailored to their individual needs coupled with intensified nursing oversight to ensure that each resident is able to meet their optimal level of wellbeing. Using this approach, the facility admits residents recovering from hospital stays following surgical procedures, cardiac incidents, wound care, pain management, intravenous medication, and other acute care services.
The facility also provides long-term care services for members of our community needing additional assistance to meet their daily needs. Long-term care residents assist nursing staff in developing a plan of care identifying additional care areas while also recognizing areas where the individual can remain independent. The staff cultivates strong relationships with our long term residents providing warmth and familiarity to make residents and their families feel as close to home as possible.
