Renard Lee Bray

Renard Lee Bray, 74, of Garfield, Ark., died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonvill­e, Ark. He was born June 12, 1942, in Seligman, Mo., to Henry and Lou (Crain) Bray.

He served in the U.S. Army and then the National Guard. He retired from the National Park Service after 25 years.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jamie Bray, and a brother, Rodden Bray.

Survivors are his wife, Judy (Atkins) Bray of the home; four children, Margaret McClure of Rogers, Ark., Mike Bray of Bentonvill­e, Sherri Dean of Garfield and Rob Bray of Rogers; two brothers, Ronald Bray of Pea Ridge, Ark., and Reldon Bray of Garfield; one sister, Rhenda Allen of Granby, Mo.; and 14 grandchild­ren.

A graveside service was held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, at Liberty Cemetery.

Robert Nelson DuBois

Robert Nelson DuBois, 77, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Aug. 19, 2016, at the Circle of Life in Bentonvill­e, Ark.

He was born March 25, 1939, in Omaha, Neb., to Ted and June DuBois.

The family moved to California in 1951 where he spent his life until July of 1972 when he and his family moved to Arkansas. He had many hobbies, such as car racing, scuba diving, dune buggies, boating and fishing. He worked in all kinds of constructi­on most of his life and finally ended as a building contractor.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ted DuBois; a brother, Roger DuBois; and a sister, Shirley Wafford.

Survivors are his wife, Babe DuBois of Bella Vista; his mother, June DuBois of Bentonvill­e; a sister, Michelle Denett of Bentonvill­e; a brother, Jack DuBois of Noel, Mo.; and numerous grandchild­ren and greatgrand­children.

The memorial service is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, in Pea Ridge First United Methodist Church.

Vernal Ray Mills

Vernal Ray Mills, 86, of Agnos, Ark., died Sept. 2, 2016, at Highlands Heath Care in Bella Vista.

He was preceded in death by his wife Betty; son Russell Mills; sisters, Lee Emma and Kathleen Brazelton; and mother and step-father Annie and Clem Brazelton.

Survivors include children Monieca West (Phil) of North Little Rock; Johnny Mills of Pea Ridge; Rebecca Ramey (Joe) of Hartville Mo.; Kathleen Hardy (Tom) of Morrisvill­e, Mo.; David Mills (Tiffany) of Hiwasse; daughter-in-law Cheryl Mills Ullrich (Clarence) of Coweta, Okla.; grandchild­ren Whitney Horton, Melissa Chandler, Jack Ramey, Cindy Napier, Kimberly Gracie, Andrew Nichols, Joshua Nichols, McKinna Wallis, Lynette Tracy, Jeannie Mills, Kristina Mills, Jennifer Mills, Jacob Mills, Riley Mills; and 29 greatgrand­children.

Services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016, at Agnos Church of Christ, Agnos, Ark.
