Monday, Aug. 29
8:47 a.m. Police were dispatched to a disturbance at a residence on Van Dorn Street. As a result of the investigation, police cited Tyra Elizabeth Collins, 26, Garfield, for trespassing and received a criminal trespass to stay off the property and a 17-year-old female was given a juvenile court citation for an intake appointment.
10:39 a.m. Police took a report of a private property accident that happened in the Walmart parking lot involving vehicles driven by Robert Burcham, 56, Pea Ridge, and Gerald F. Fitzner, 73, Pea Ridge.
Tuesday, Aug. 30
12:01 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Oscar Tony Coleman, 41, Rogers, for possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended driver’s licence and no proof of insurance.
2:35 p.m. Police were dispatched to Walmart Neighborhood Market for a report of a theft. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Elizabeth Shelton, 69, Pea Ridge, for shoplifting times two.
4:30 p.m. Police took a report of criminal mischief from a resident on Weston Street involving spray paint on a mailbox.
Wednesday, Aug. 31
3:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jacob Dylan King, 23, Garfield, for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a weapon and Alicia Netzer, 26, Rogers, for felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
4 p.m. Police received a report of four males in a vehicle “brandishing and pointing a firearm.” As a result of the investigation, police learned the incident happened in the county (not in the city limits) and the rest of the investigation was handled by a Benton County Sheriff ’s deputy. Police cited a 15-year-old male for obstructing governmental operations and resisting arrest.
Thursday, Sept. 1
8:41 p.m. Police took a found property report from a residence on Richards Street involving two children bringing home two Razor scooters that the children said they found outside the Middle School.
Friday, Sept. 2
8:50 a.m. Police took a report of a stray dog found in the parking lot at Pea Ridge Middle School. At 9:43 a.m. police were notified the owner of the dog was claiming it. The owner, Magdalena Munoz, 24, Pea Ridge, was given a verbal warning.
11:15 a.m. Police were dispatched to an animal call on Gen. Franz Sigel for a dog that had been caught by a resident. The dog was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet clinic. The dog’s owner, Sequola Varner, 21, Pea Ridge, called in to claim the dog because she said she saw it on social media. She was cited for dog at large.
Saturday, Sept. 3
3:30 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Kristina Michelle Weaver, 40, Bentonville, for DWI, speeding, fictitious tags and no proof of insurance.
