Sunday, Sept. 4
8:13 p.m. Police were dispatched to a fight in progress on Humphrey Street involving “several subjects fighting in the yard.” As a result of the investigation, Tyler Raxter, 18, was removed from the property and given a written notice of criminal trespass. Police are seeking a charge of residential burglary, third-degree battery and terroristic threatening for the suspect who reportedly drove up to the residence and got out attacking two males at the residence.
Monday, Sept. 5
12:30 a.m. Police arrested Cody Sunderman, 22, Pea Ridge, for DWI, after he was involved in a private property accident near the recycle trailers.
Tuesday, Sept. 6
8:40 a.m. A resident of Hunter Drive reported theft of wood for construction of a privacy fence. On Sept. 7, police received another theft report of items stolen from the residence under construction. The victim reported items had been taken four times from this site.
Wednesday, Sept. 7
1 p.m.As a result of an investigation into a burglary at a residence on North Davis Street, police arrested Ronnie Eugene Patton, 45, Butterfield, Mo., for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Sch.VI, driving on a suspended driver’s license, no proof of insurance and a traffic offense. During the search of the vehicle in which Patton was sitting, the “components of a Methamphetamine lab” were found in a lunch box in the truck of the vehicle. Benton County deputies assisted.
11:38 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jesse William Leech, 22, Rogers, for possession of drug paraphernalia, felony, and Josiah Treston Cochran, 24, Pea Ridge, for or possession of drug paraphernalia, felony, and five warrants from other Decatur, Elm Springs, Springdale, Rogers and Lowell.
Friday, Sept. 9
8:02 p.m. After receiving a report of a reckless driver on Ark. Hwy. 94, police initiated a traffic stop and arrested John Robert Stotts, 22, Rogers, for DWI, driver’s license suspended, careless and prohibited driving, no proof of insurance and no seat belt.
