Monday, Sept. 12

11:27 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Victorino Serrano-Albarran, 18, Pea Ridge, on a Rogers warrant and cited a 16-year-old female runaway into Juvenile Court and released her to her parents.

Tuesday, Sept. 13

4:49 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop, police arrested Bart Geiszler, 57, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

8:30 a.m. A 16-year-old female was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest as a result of investigat­ion of an incident at Pea Ridge Academy.

10:36 a.m. Police were dispatched to the Primary School for a disturbanc­e involving a male “being loud and refusing to leave the property.” As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Richard D. Williams, 45, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended driver’s license, disorderly conduct and felony possession of a controlled substance. He was also given a written trespass warning to include the entire school property.

1 p.m. While doing front door checks before court began, police found contraband in a purse and cited Robin Gester, 56, Garfield, for possession of a controlled substance.

2:30 p.m. Police transporte­d Mark Dennis Law, 18, Pea Ridge; Jesse Lena Marie Banks, 20, Pineville, Mo.; and Joshua Presley, 38, Pea Ridge, to Benton County Jail for court commits per order of Judge Ray Bunch.

3:45 p.m. A student reported cash stolen from her wallet while at school.

10:51 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Walter Reyna, 36, Pea Ridge, for DWI, driving left of center, disobeying a stop sign and careless/ prohibited driving.

Wednesday, Sept. 14

1:41 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jacob McClellan, 21, Pea Ridge, for DWI, driving on a suspended drivers license, driving left of center and no proof of insurance.

2 p.m. As a result of an investigat­ion, a 15-year-old male was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

3:30 p.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident on Slack Street involving vehicles driven by Seth a. Delossanto­s, 20, Rogers, and Brendan D. Maxwell, 41, Pea Ridge.

10:39 p.m. As a result of an investigat­ion at a residence on North Curtis Avenue, police arrested Samuel Sheppard, 33, Rogers, for carrying a weapon, possession of Sch. IV or V, possession of Sch. VI and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Thursday, Sept. 15

9:45 a.m. Police picked up a stray dog on It’ll Do Road and placed it in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. The dog’s owner, Mechelle Wall, 48, Pea Ridge, claimed the dog and was cited for dog at large.

4:06 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue for a report of a sexual assault. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested a 14-year-old male for harassment.

4:25 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested a passenger, Ricardo Schneider, 22, Pea Ridge, on a warrant from Rogers. The driver, Stefan J. Red, 23, Bella Vista, was cited for driving without a license.

Friday, Sept. 16

8:30 a.m. A 17-year-old male was arrested for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia after an investigat­ion prompted by school staff staff personnel smelling marijuana.

Saturday, Sept. 17

6 p.m. As a result of an investigat­ion, police arrested Heather Hall, 29, Rogers, on a warrant from Pea Ridge and warrants from Rogers.

Sunday, Sept. 18

1:41 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Barbara Anady, 29, Rogers, for driving on a suspended driver’s license, no proof of insurance and fictitious tags.

8:45 p.m. Police received a report of a stray dog, a yellow lab, in a parking lot on Slack Street. The dog was placed in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Monday, Sept. 19

1:17 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jacob Burke Lundy, 20, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug parapherna­lia, driving on a suspended license, careless/prohibited driving.
