Friday, April 21
8 a.m. A 16-year-old reported someone stolen her “Beats, Dr. Dre earbuds” from a classroom.
2:20 p.m. A dog was picked up near It’ll Do and Hazelton roads. It was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.
8:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Halleck Lane for a physical disturbance.
Saturday, April 22
8:50 a.m. Police cited Gene Bateman, 35, Pea Ridge, for unlawful burning after finding a fire in the lawn at the residence on Chitwood.
10:31 a.m. Police were dispatched to a business in Pea Ridge where a 17-yearold female who had run away from Grove, Okla., was picked up to be returned to Delaware County, Okla.
Monday, April 24
8:41 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jordan J. White, 35, Pea Ridge, for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia; and Michael D. Decker, 39, McCurtain, Okla., for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tuesday, April 25
7:38 a.m. Police were dispatched to a motor-vehicle accident on South Curtis Avenue at Erwin Lane. According to the report, a police officer was stopping a motorcycle for speeding when the driver lost control in a ditch when he pulled over.
The motorcycle driver, Tracy Barnett, 46, Pea Ridge, was cited for speeding 55 in a 40 mph zone.
11:45 a.m. A 16-year-old male was discovered to have two prescription pills in his possession for a drug for which he did not have a prescription. He was suspended from school. The report was forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor.
5 p.m. Police were dispatched to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic where a resident had turned in a female poodle found in Standing Oaks subdivision. The dog did have a microchip.
Wednesday, April 26
1:22 p.m. Police were dispatched to the area of O.D. Bancroft for two large dogs running loose. The dogs were captured and transported to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.
