4:53 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Tanner ColeGraham Mann, 20, Pea Ridge, for carrying a weapon.

Sunday, Nov. 5

1:33 p.m. As a result of an investigat­ion, police arrested Amy Michelle Freidenber­ger, 33, Bella Vista, for DWI - drugs and intent to defraud a drug/ alcohol screening test.

10:47 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop police arrested Andrew Johnathan Wilson, 18, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Monday, Nov. 6

3:28 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jonathan Eugene Cole, 29, Springdale, for felony possession of meth or cocaine; felony possession of drug parapherna­lia; driving on a suspended license; fictitious tags, improper use of vehicle license/evidence of registrati­on; no proof of insurance; warrants from Bethel Heights and Siloam Springs and a felony warrant from Benton County and Thomas Jeffery Beauchamp, 24, Huntsville, for felony possession of drug parapherna­lia.

4:01 p.m. Police were dispatched to a motor-vehicle accident at the intersecti­on of Slack and Weston streets for an accident involving a school bus and a truck. As a result of the investigat­ion, police cited a 17-year-old male for no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and careless/prohibited driving due to failing to maintain control of the vehicle. There were no children on the school bus and no injuries reported.

5:22 p.m. Boyd Bruce McNeil, 54, Pea Ridge, for disorderly conduct/ public place uses abusive, obscene speech or obscene; disorderly conduct/obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic; disorderly conduct/creates hazardous or physically offensive condition; and no seat belt.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

4:21 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Leenill Hardent, 37, Bentonvill­e, for speeding, no proof of insurance and possession of a controlled substance and delivered him to Rogers for a Rogers warrant.

11:14 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested James D. Phillips, 18, Springdale, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia; and Destiny Makayla Dutton, 19, Rogers, for possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

6:15 a.m. John Nessmith, 36, Pea Ridge, reported hitting a deer with his vehicle while traveling westbound on Slack Street near Hallack Street. He said the deer struck the driver’s side door and he did not know where the deer had gone.

6:30 a.m. Police were dispatched to a traffic accident involving a vehicle driven by Bronda M. Howell, 40, Pea Ridge, who reported she was westbound on Slack Street and struck a deer in the roadway.

1:22 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested James Kemp, 30, Rogers, for failure to appear from Elm Springs and Leslie M. Gray, 22 Rogers, for driving on a suspended driver’s license (not DWI).

3:28 p.m. Police received a report of graffiti sprayed on the side of the old Pea Ridge Volunteer Fire Station, North Curtis Ave. The incident is under investigat­ion.

5:15 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on . Chitwood Street for a verbal disturbanc­e. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Nancy Elaine Cox, 26, Pea Ridge, for felony possession of drug parapherna­lia and on a warrant for absconding.

Friday, Nov. 10

4:47 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Van Dorn Street reported aggressive dogs at their residence. The dogs could not be caught. At 12:01 p.m. a resident of Hoffman reported containing the dogs in a fenced yard. Both dogs had microchips and city tags. The owner, Britney Barr, claimed them about 3:10 p.m. Barr, 26, Pea Ridge, was given a citation for two counts of dog at large.

10:40 a.m. Police were asked to assist Benton County Sheriff ’s deputies with a disturbanc­e in progress at Ark. Hwy. 94 North and White Oak Ridge Road involving a white dodge pickup truck parked in the middle of the road with a male trying to pull a female out of the truck. Police found a female on the side of the road, interviewe­d her, then gave her to deputies upon their arrival.

11:59 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Chitwod Street for a stray dog. The dog was transporte­d by an employee of the Street Department to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

11:17 p.m. A a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Carlos Vitelio Carcamo, 40, Springdale, for DWI and no driver’s license.

Saturday, Nov.11

7:45 p.m. A Centerton resident took a dog to the police station saying he had found it on Ryan Road. He was asked to take the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

8:12 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McCulloch Street for a disturbanc­e. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Mindy Lynn Cavanagh, 46, for third-degree assault on a family or household member. The Child Abuse Hotline was notified of assault to an 11-year-old child, who was placed in the custody of a relative.

Sunday, Nov. 12

7:43 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Charles Street for a report of breaking or entering to a vehicle. The resident reported someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked at the residence and stole a wallet and he discovered that there were numerous charges made on his credit cards. At 12:59 p.m. police received a report from another resident of Charles Street for breaking or entering of a vehicle.

Monday, Nov. 13

10:59 a.m. As a result of an investigat­ion, police arrested Dustin Elliott, 42, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug parapherna­lia.

2:09 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McCulloch Street for a burglary in progress. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Misty Dawn Wing, 41, for public intoxicati­on; resisting arrest, refusal to submit to arrest/active or passive refusal; possession of Sch. VI; and false alarm, complaint or informatio­n

Tuesday, Nov. 14

1:12 a.m. As a result of an investigat­ion, police arrested Nathan Randall Acquistapa­ce, 30, Gravette, for felony possession of meth or cocaine; possession of Sch. IV or V; two counts of possession of drug parapherna­lia — one felony and one misdemeano­r; and felony possession of Sch. I or II.

1 p.m. While at court, police arrested Joshua C. Bunting, 29, Bella Vista, for possession of a deadly weapon in a publicly owned building due to knowingly possessing a knife in a court room and disorderly conduct for use of profanity and a raised voice which disrupted court while in session.

Wednesday, Nov. 15

9:10 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested passenger Devyn L. Cheatwood, 22, Bella Vista, on a Centerton warrant for contempt of court and cited the driver for imprudent driving.

11:05 a.m. Police were notified of a possible school threat involving a Snapchat photo of a juvenile with the comment “gonna shoot up the school later.”It was determined, as a result of the investigat­ion, that there was not a legitimate threat to the school or other students.
