Roy Albert Hance Jr.
Roy Albert Hance Jr., 92, of Rogers, Ark., died Monday, Dec. 4, 2017. He was born Nov. 24, 1925, in Lima, Ohio, to Roy Albert Hance Sr. and Bernice Hance (Dague).
He served his country during World War II where he fought in the Battle of the Bulge under the command of General George S. Patton as a member of the Third U.S. Army, 282nd Engineer Combat Battalion. He received several medals during his service.
He and his wife, Virginia Hance (Patterson), met in Salt Lake City, Utah, and married in 1957. They moved to Pea Ridge, Ark., where they spent most of their lives.
He enjoyed traveling with his wife and spending time with his family. During his spare time he was skilled at working on small engines and selling and repairing lawn mowers. He was a member of the Pea Ridge VFW Post No. 8109 and served as commander of the Post for 10 years.
He was a member of the Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church in Pea Ridge.
He was retired from Walmart Distribution Center No. 4 where he worked in maintenance.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Albert Hance Sr. and Bernice Hance.
Survivors are his wife; daughters, Gaya Sharp and Regina Stephens and their husbands Ken Sharp and Bill Stephens; four grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren.
A private service will be held at the Buttram’s Chapel Cemetery in Pea Ridge at a later date.

Gary Lynn Hufford
Gary Lynn Hufford, 63, of Little Flock, Ark., died Wednesday,
Dec. 6, 2017, in Circle of
Life Hospice in Bentonville, Ark. He was born July
23, 1954, in Bentonville to Georald Hufford and Esther Virl Allmendinger Hufford.
He graduated from Bentonville High School in 1972 and was a proud Tiger. He was employed by Glad Manufacturing for 18 years as a maintenance tech, worked as an electrician and the auto parts business in the Benton County area. He retired from Little Flock Volunteer Fire Department after 20 years, and was the second city marshal in Little Flock in the early 1980s.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing music and played bass guitar. He attended First Landmark Baptist Church in Bentonville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Johnny Ralph Hufford.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Hufford of the home whom he married Feb. 9, 1980; one daughter, Morgan Simmons and husband Rick of Rogers, Ark.; two grandsons, Hayden and Jackson Simmons and one on the way; one brother, Gerald Hufford and wife Pat of Little Flock; and two sisters, Brenda Hufford of Bentonville and Karen DuBois of Centerton, Ark.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday in First Landmark Baptist Church, Bentonville.
Funeral service is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, in First Landmark Baptist Church in Bentonville with pastor Terry Simmons and chaplain Jo Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Pea Ridge Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.

James Wade Jacobs, Jr.
James Wade Jacobs, Jr., 36, of Bentonville, died Dec. 5, 2017, in Fayetteville.
He was born Feb. 28, 1981, in Rogers to James Wade Jacobs, Sr. and Annette E. Renfroe Jacobs.
He was a TSA at XNA airport. He graduated from police academy at SMSU.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Annette Jacobs and his grandmother Alma Louise Renfroe.
Survivors are two daughters, Abaigael and Lillian Jacobs, both of Houston, Texas; his siblings, Amanda Helmer and husband Dave of Centerton, John Jacobs, Sr. and wife Felicia of Elkins and Amber Snell and husband Garrett of Springdale; his cousin Larry McCallister, Jr. of Cave Springs; his grandparents, John and Dean Renfroe of Pea Ridge; three aunts; two uncles; four nephews; and five nieces.
Visitation was 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2017, at the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Rogers.
Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Saturday in the church.
Arrangements were by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers.

Jerrilea ‘Jo’ Kaduce
Jerrilea “Jo” Kaduce, 72, of Pea Ridge, Ark., died Dec. 8, 2017, in her home. She was born Sept. 21, 1945, in Clarion, Iowa, to Paul Albert Dodd and Kathlyn Charlotte Wampler Dodd.
She was a homemaker and moved to Pea Ridge in 1986 to make her home. She loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren were very important to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Marcia Bloxham, Charlotte Ferry, and Paulette Rutledge; and a grandson, Jacob Pedersen.
Survivors are her husband, Jerry Kaduce of the home; three sons, Jim Pedersen and Joel Kaduce, both of Pea Ridge and Jason Kaduce of West Plains, Mo.; two sisters, Michelle Leonard of Lakeview, Iowa, and Cindy Anderson of Clarion, Iowa; six grandchildren, Raychel McDonough, Dustin Pedersen, Chelsey Pedersen, Hanna King, Tommy Fisher and Alex Fisher; and one great-grandchild, Conner McDonough.
Memorial service is set for 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, in Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church in Pea Ridge.
Arrangements were by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.

Lynn Earl Mosier
Lynn Earl Mosier, 71, of Garfield, Ark., died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017, at Legacy
Hospice in Bentonville,
Ark. He was born Sept. 27,
1946, in Duncan, Okla., to Edward F.
Mosier and Earlyne Frensley Mosier.
He served in Vietnam with the U.S. Marines. He married the love of his life, Diana Gonzalez, on May 19, 1989, and they moved to Garfield to make their home. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping and canoeing with his family. He also enjoyed woodworking. His most enjoyable times were spent with his children and grandchildren and sharing about Jesus.
He was a member of the Life Connection Church in Bentonville where he also loved spending time volunteering.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors are his wife, Diana Mosier, of the home; two sons, Kaleb Mosier of the home and Joshua Patterson and wife Stacey of Harrison, Ark.; two daughters, Christina Veal and husband Dustin of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Terrie Pitts and husband Ben of Pea Ridge, Ark.; five grandchildren, Levi, Garrett, Emma, Nathan and Seth; a brother, John Mosier of Prescott, Ariz.; and two sisters, June Chambless and husband Bill of Duncan, Okla., and Fran Vestal of Wylie, Texas.
Visitation and a memorial was held from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, in the funeral home.
Graveside service was 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, in the VA National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ark.

Bobby Eugene Meadors
Bobby Eugene Meadors, 55, of Prairie Grove, died Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017, in his home. He was born Sept. 28, 1962, in Fayetteville, Ark., to Eugene and Anita (Foster) Meadors.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his father; one brother, David Meadors; two nephews, Rowdy and Heath Meadors; and his grandparents, Joe and Clarine Meadors and Charles and Virginia Foster.
Survivors include his four children, Brandy Carte and husband Ricky of Prairie Grove, Ark., Cody Meadors and wife Carol of Pea Ridge, Ark., Hali Meadors of Lincoln, Ark., and Jaqueline Meadors of Summers, Ark.; his mother, Anita Foster Meadors of Winslow, Ark.; three brothers, Randall Meadors and wife Deborah, Jason Meadors and wife Christy and Jeff Meadors and wife Jessica, all of Winslow, Ark.; three sisters, Marla Meadors and Anitra Eddings both of Winslow, Ark., and April Carothers and husband Jonathan of West Fork, Ark.; three grandchildren, Alisyn Carte, Caleb Carte and River Joe Meadors; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017 , in the Kenney Cemetery in Frog, Ark.
