Thursday, Jan. 18

2:43 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Steven Kyle Moore, 32, Pea Ridge, for felony possession of drug parapherna­lia, failure to stop at a stop sign and no proof of insurance.

Friday, Jan. 19

5:07 p.m. Police were dispatched to a three-vehicle accident at Pickens and Hayden roads involving vehicles driven by Ann M. Grigg, 52, Pea Ridge; Warren S. Smith, 18, Rogers; and April Olguin, 34, Pea Ridge. As a result of the investigat­ion, Olguin was arrested for DWI, careless and prohibited driving and no proof of insurance.

Saturday, Jan. 20

6:25 p.m. Police were dispatched to a motor-vehicle accident on Carr Street involving vehicles driven by Timothy Walker, 50, Pea Ridge, and Scotty Walker, 59, Pea Ridge.

Monday, Jan. 22

8:35 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Zackery B. Williams,28, Pea Ridge, for failure to register and fictitious tags.

4:55 p.m. Police were dispatched to an animal at large call at a residence on Blair Circle and observed two German Shepherds roaming the street. The owner, Omar Contreras, 35, Pea Ridge, was located and cited for animal at large.

5:25 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Blair Circle for a theft report.

Tuesday, Jan. 23

9:12 a.m. A resident of Choate Place Circle reported a stray dog had stayed around his house all weekend. An employee from the Street Department transporte­d the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. At 1:47 p.m., police were contacted by Jacqueline Moon who stated the dog was hers and she had just moved to Pea Ridge and her dog was missing. It was determined the found dog was hers. Moon, 92, Pea Ridge, was cited for dog at large and was advised to get a city tag for the dog.

5:09 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Ronnie Joe Byford, 32, Rogers, for no driver’s license, no vehicle license no proof of insurance and fictitious tags. The vehicle was impounded.

The owner of the vehicle, Steven Ray Harvey, 25, Rogers, arrived to get the vehicle and was argumentat­ive. As a result of a confrontat­ion with police, Harvey was arrested for obstructin­g government­al operations and resisting arrest and cited for permitting an unauthoriz­ed person to drive. His vehicle was also impounded.

Wednesday, Jan. 24

8:25 a.m. Police took a report of a private property accident at a residence on Smith Street involving a parked vehicle that had apparently been hit overnight. A neighbor, Jessica Ruth Wilson 24, Pea Ridge, admitted to backing into the vehicle with her van by accident.

Friday, Jan. 26

3:31 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop,

police arrested Traci Ann Wyman, 39, Pea Ridge, for no proof of insurance and a warrant from Rogers

Saturday, Jan. 27

11:47 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Timothy Blake Adams, 23, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended license (not DWI) and no proof of insurance

Sunday, Jan. 28

10:27 a.m. Police were dispatched to Weston Street and Kings Lane for found property consisting of a used hypodermic needle and a clear baggie. The items were seized.

10:10 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Oscar Merino, 37, Rogers, for fictitious tags, failure to register, no insurance and no driver’s license.
