Friday, July 27

10:09 a.m. Police received a report of shopliftin­g from an employee at Walmart Neighborho­od Market involving items scanned but not paid for at the self- checkout aisle. As a result of the investigat­ion, police issued a citation in connection with theft of property to Kimberly A. Napier, 33, Pea Ridge.

12:20 p.m. Police were dispatched to the Brain Freeze food truck on Townsend Way for a possible breaking and entering. The reporting party said the door lock had been tampered with and would not work.

1:02 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on East Watie Street for a possible criminal mischief involving the windshield of a vehicle having

been smashed. A piece of “angle iron” was found nearby and there was also a dent in the hood of the vehicle.

5:05 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Keith R. Jones, 35, Rogers, in connection with possession of drug parapherna­lia and speeding 66 mph in a 55 mph zone.

9:47 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Dustin W. Foster, 24, Rogers, on warrants for contempt of court, careless driving, two criminal contempt and drinking in public, all from Bentonvill­e, and cited the driver Tiffany Moore, for driving on a suspended driver’s license. The vehicle was released to a family member. Foster was released to Bentonvill­e Police.

Saturday, July 28

6:40 a.m. A resident of Harrison Street reported tires from both of his vehicles had been slashed. Officers also spoke with numerous residents of the area who had tires deflated on their vehicles. As a result of the investigat­ion, police learned that a suspect put a BB in the valve stem and replaced the valve stem cover causing the air to deflate. One victim said his tire split as a result of the deflation. In all, 10 vehicles owned by six people were af- fected, according to police.

8:50 a.m. A resident of Gen. Franz Siegel reported finding a dog near her residence. She agreed to take it to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

10:05 a.m. Police were dispatched to Arvest Bank for a report of a driver drinking from a whiskey bottle while in the drive-through line. As a result of the investigat­ion, police cited Kevin Ray Hackett, 50, Washburn, Mo., in connection with possession of open container containing alcohol in motor vehicle.

Sunday, July 29

9:16 p.m. Police were dispatched to a physical disturbanc­e at a residence on Clark Street. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Alan Fletcher, 54, Pea Ridge, in connection of third- degree domestic battery, and Tina Fletcher, 43, Pea Ridge, in connection of third- degree domestic battery. There were four minor children in the residence. A relative took custody of the children.

Monday, July 30

9:49 a.m. Police were dispatched to Oak View Animal Clinic for criminal mischief involving graffiti on the horse barn.

4 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Rains Street for a criminal mischief involve a vehicle being damaged. The resident reported there was damage on the passenger side hood/ fender of the vehicle and a scratch on the driver’s side.

Tuesday, July 31

12:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Chris L. Perryman, 40, Springdale, in connection with driving on a suspended license, no seat belt, open container, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia. A juvenile female passenger and the vehicle were released to Perryman’s girlfriend, according to the report.

5:40 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Michael A. Woodson, 33, Seligman, Mo., in connection with no driver’s license and a warrant from Pea Ridge for failure to appear.

Wednesday, Aug. 1

1:11 p.m. As a result of an investigat­ion into a vehicle parked and “running” in a suspicious location, according to police, they arrested Douglas A. Macrae, 49, Rogers, in connection with felony drug possession, felony drug parapherna­lia and on an outstandin­g

warrant from Springdale Police.

1:50 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Austin Vargas, 19, Pea

Ridge, in connection with driving while license suspended and released him to Rogers Police for a Rogers warrant.
