Monday, Dec. 3

2:04 p.m. Police were dispatched to a motor-vehicle accident on school property between the Middle School and High School involving vehicles driven by Cody Alexander, 29, Pea Ridge, and Michelle Smith, 47, Pea Ridge. There were no injuries nor citations.

Tuesday, Dec. 4

1:48 a.m. A resident of Springdale reported items stolen from his“siding trailer”which was parked near a residence under constructi­on on Bridgeford Drive. Items missing include extension ladders, a step ladder and a saw table.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

8:10 a.m. The school resource officer supervisor was notified by the school district transporta­tion director of a “road-rage” incident that had happened the previous afternoon involving one of the buses while it was on the bus route. According to the report, a black Range Rover pulled into the bus lane opposing the flow of bus traffic at the Intermedia­te School and a school bus was there loading students in the lane. The suspect driver also confronted the bus driver at an intersecti­on after exiting school property. As a result of the investigat­ion, police are seeking a warrant for the arrest of the suspect on the charge of disorderly conduct.

6:17 p.m. Deborah Phillips, 69, Pea Ridge, reported she hit a deer on South Curtis Avenue just north of Wade Lane damaging her vehicle.

10:34 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jacob McClellan, 23, Pea Ridge, on warrants from Bentonvill­e, Little Flock and Pea Ridge. The Pea Ridge warrant was for contempt fail to pay fines and costs.

Thursday, Dec. 6

6:42 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Phillip D. MoranUpchu­rch, 22, Bella Vista, in connection with driving on a suspended driver’s license; no proof of insurance; and speeding.

7:57 a.m. Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident on North Curtis Avenue involving vehicles driven by Sara N. Harris, 36, Pea Ridge, and Amber Harrison, 35, Centerton. There were no injuries reported.

Friday, Dec. 7

11:20 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on West Pickens Road for a disturbanc­e that had been physical. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Andres Roman, 44, Pea Ridge, in connection with third-degree assault on a family/ household member.

Sunday, Dec. 9

5:23 p.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported a gun was stolen from her residence. At 8:10 p.m., the resident notified police she found the gun on the floor of the closet and believes it may have been knocked off the closet shelf.

8:10 p.m. Police arrested Ashton Hill, 29, Pea Ridge, at a residence on Harper Drive, after receiving informatio­n he was at that address“with other felons doing drugs.”He was booked in connection with a felony warrant for failure to appear from Benton County and a misdemeano­r warrant for contempt of court from Bentonvill­e.
