Wednesday, Dec. 26

2:19 p.m. An employee of Oak View Animal Clinic reported money stolen sometime between Dec. 22-24. As a result of the investigat­ion, police interviewe­d a suspect who said she threw the money away and would pay it back.

8:35 a.m. Police received a report of a theft of baby formula from Lil Hawks Christian Academy on East Pickens Road. As a result of the investigat­ion, police cited Crystal Cloer, 21, Pea Ridge, in connection with theft of property.

Thursday, Dec. 27

12:50 p.m. Police received a report that a dog was dropped off at the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. On Monday, Dec. 31, Hannah Marjorie Ingram, 23, Pea Ridge, claimed the dog. She was cited in connection with dog at large.

Friday, Dec. 28

9:13 a.m. Police received a report of two stray dogs on McIntosh Street. Tonya Beard, 21, Pea Ridge, claimed the dogs. She was cited in connection with two dogs at large.

9:01 p.m. A resident of Dover Cove reported a burglary. According to the complainan­t, a screen on one of the windows had been removed and a window broken.

Saturday, Dec. 29

5:59 p.m. Police received a report of a motor-vehicle accident at the Pea Ridge Community Library involving a vehicle driven by Lesley A. Hamilton, 67, Springdale, who said she was lost. The vehicle was towed.

Monday, Dec. 31

2:25 p.m. Police received a report of a fence on Sugar Creek Road being damaged by a vehicle which was no longer on the scene.

6:47 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Michael A. Hernandez, 28, Pea Ridge, in connection with no proof of insurance; possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug parapherna­lia; and a verbal warning for the defective headlight.

Tuesday, Jan. 1

2:37 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Julie Bush, 50, Pea Ridge, on a warrant from Benton County Sheriff ’s Office.

11:56 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Billy E. Cole, 63, Elkins, on a Washington County warrant.

1:04 p.m. Police received a report of a breaking or entering at a residence on South Davis Street. Items missing included prescripti­on pills, a chainsaw and cigarettes.

Wednesday, Jan. 2

5:17 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Emanuel Martin Wishon, 19, Bella Vista, on a warrant from Rogers. He was delivered to Rogers Police and cited in connection with driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Thursday, Jan. 3

3:49 p.m. A resident of Oakley Street reported items stolen off his trailer. He said the items included a tool box, a multi-organizer and a shop vac.

Monday, Jan. 7

11 a.m. Police received a report of breaking and entering from a resident of Charles Street who said a hunting knife set and possibly an iPhone were missing from his vehicle. He told police the center console of his vehicle is broken. He told police he locked his vehicle. There was no sign of forced entry, according to police.

Thursday, Jan. 10

2:58 p.m. Police received a report at the police department of a motor-vehicle accident that happened on Weston Street. Nathan Fredrickso­n, 20, Bentonvill­e, said the passenger mirror of his truck hit a mailbox that was projecting into the street. Police investigat­ed and learned there is a federal regulation governing the distance a mailbox is to be from a curb.

Saturday, Jan. 12

9:44 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Evan D. Caston, 28, Pea Ridge, and Joshua David Jones, 32, Pea Ridge, in connection with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance; felon y possession of drug parapherna­lia; two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia, according to the police report.

Sunday, Jan. 13

11:42 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Conrad Street for an animal call involving a stray dog. The caller transporte­d the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.
