Shemon Chanel Carney
Shemon Chanel Carney, 57, of Pea Ridge was called home to the Lord, Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville.
She was born July 28, 1962 in Rockport, Ill., to Dale Gene Ayen and Patricia Mosier Ayen.
She was a loving individual who touched the lives of all who knew her. She married Tom Carney in 1982 and together they raised three wonderful boys who blessed them with three beautiful grandchildren. Above all, Shemon was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Floyd Mosier.
Survivors are her husband, Tom Carney of the home; her parents, Dale and Pat Ayen of Bella Vista; three sons, Josh Carney and wife Jennifer of Pea Ridge, Dillon Carney and wife Candice of Bella Vista, Tyler Carney and girlfriend Chyenne of Rogers; two sisters, Shamere Ayen of Pea Ridge, Shondel Obenland and husband Christopher of Daphne, Ala.; three grandchildren, Brody, Peyton and Claire.
Visitation was set from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday night in Sisco Funeral Home.
Service was set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, in Twelve Corners Baptist Church in Garfield with Pastor Rick Booyer officiating.
Burial was in Twelve Corners Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.

Dema Nellie Haynes McDaniel
Dema Nellie Haynes McDaniel, 94, of Avoca, passed away Thursday,
Aug. 1, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. She was born
Dec. 13, 1924, at Avoca to Walter and Clara Haynes.
She was a cook at Rogers High School, a food service supervisor and cook at a local nursing home and worked at Emerson Electric. She was a member of Garfield First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George McDaniel; her parents; three sisters, Faye Coppin, Ada Putman and Alta Roney; and three brothers Ernest, Ray and Arthur Haynes.
Survivors are three sons, Larry (Connie) McDaniel and Myles (Debbie) McDaniel, all of Rogers, and Douglas (Shirley) McDaniel of Avoca; three grandchildren, Michael McDaniel, Venesa Cerasale and Heath McDaniel; five great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was set for 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 5, in Tucks Chapel Cemetery.
There was no visitation scheduled.
