Monday, Oct. 7

6:37 a.m. Police were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Arkansas Highway 94 (West Pickens Road) in front of Pea Ridge High School involving vehicles driven by Nicholas Matthew Lay, 20, Pea Ridge, and Tracy Ivy, 43, Pea Ridge. Ivy told police he was stopped in the westbound lane preparing to turn left when the vehicle driven by Lay struck him from behind.

Thursday, Oct. 10

3:28 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Lydia Janae Rodgers, 29, Bella Vista, in connection with DWI and driving left of center.

4 p.m. A resident of Bill Billings Road, Garfield, reported her vehicle had been damaged while parked at Walmart Neighborho­od Market. Ryan Whitehead, 37, Pea Ridge, told Johnson and police he had accidental­ly hit her vehicle with a bike rack on the back of his vehicle when he was backing out of a parking space.

9:27 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on West Pickens Street for a verbal disturbanc­e. The parties were separated when police arrived.

Friday, Oct. 11

12:31 p.m. Police were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the intersecti­on of Arkansas Highway 72/ Slack Street and Barris Lane involving vehicles driven by Deloris Faye Jobe, 65, Pea Ridge, and Andrew Nicholas Rafferty, 19, Bentonvill­e. According to the report, both vehicles were in the westbound lane, with Jobe stopped preparing to turn left, when Rafferty’s vehicle struck the rear of Jobe’s vehicle.

3:19 p.m. Arthur D. Miner, 68, Pea Ridge, reported someone had scratched the back door of his black 2019 Nissan Rogue. He told police he did not know when or where it happened but he needed a report for insurance.

Monday, Oct. 14

8:06 a.m. Police were dispatched to White Oak Station for a disturbanc­e. One of the parties had reportedly before police arrived.
