Monday, Jan. 13
11:43 a.m. Police received information from a resident of John W. Montgomery Circle regarding harassing communications and contacted the suspect and advised him to leave the complainant alone.
1:21 p.m. Police were dispatched to the new Pea Ridge High School construction site for a theft report in connection with about 30“ground rods” stolen.
Tuesday, Jan. 14
3 p.m. While conducting security for Pea Ridge District Court, police observed a woman continually falling asleep and at one point, falling out of her chair. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Amy E. Villanueva, 43, Pea Ridge, in connection with possession of methamphetamine; possession of a schedule VI controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia (both felony and misdemeanor); and public intoxication.
Wednesday, Jan. 15
6:24 p.m. A resident of South Davis Street reported an “out-of-control” male resident. No charges were filed.
Thursday, Jan. 16
2:29 a.m. As a result of investigation a vehicle in a parking lot with the engine running and a male asleep on the driver’s side of the vehicle, police arrested Tanner Lee Cramer, 22, Pea Ridge, in connection with a Rogers warrant. He was transported to Rogers for Rogers Police to cite him, then returned to his vehicle, where he was cited in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Saturday, Jan. 18
11:17 a.m. Police were dispatched to EZ Mart for a theft report involving someone stealing paperwork out of a truck while it was parked at either a residence on Greene Street or a location in Lowell.
Sunday, Jan. 19
8:32 p.m. A resident of West Pickens Road reported criminal mischief involving someone destroying two bushes which were on either side of her driveway. Police found parts of a vehicle and damage to the yard as a result of a vehicle leaving the roadway and driving through the yard.
