3:52 p.m. A resident at Blair Circle reported theft involving someone picking up her grocery order valued at more than $92. The incident is under investigation.
Monday, Jan. 11
4 p.m. Residents of Oakley Street reported terroristic threatening in reference to text messages sent via cell phone. Incident closed on Jan. 16 as victims did not pursue.
Tuesday, Jan. 12
4:31 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Grace Court in reference to a possible residential burglary. As a result of the investigation, it was determined there was no burglary.
Wednesday, Jan. 13
7:29 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Danny Darrel Shrum, 43, Seligman, Mo., in connection with a warrant from Rogers Police, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and fictitious tags; and Kyler Montana Johnson, 27, Washburn, Mo., in connection with a warrant from Centerton Police.
Friday, Jan. 15
11:02 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McCulloch Street for a 911 hangup call. As a result of the investigation, it was determined a couple was arguing.
6:32 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on North Arkansas Highway 94 in reference to a physical disturbance. It was determined there was not probable cause for charges to be filed.
Saturday, Jan. 16
1:45 p.m. Police were dispatched to the parking lot of Walmart Neighborhood Market for a physical disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Kody Vaughn Holloway, 42, Lowell, in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant from Bentonville.
Monday, Jan. 18
5:19 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Gen. Franz Sigel Drive in reference to a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Michael Todd Davis, 53, Pea Ridge, in connection with third-degree assault on a family/household member and criminal mischief. He was transported to the Benton County Jail.
7:25 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Grace Court for a breaking and entering call involving someone reportedly taking items out of an unlocked truck. The items, heat sensors, were listed in LeadsOnline.
Tuesday, Jan. 19
8:27 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Brianna Sneed, 22, Bentonville, in connection with a Bentonville warrant, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended driver’s license and defective taillight.
