2:14 p.m. Police were dispatched to the Dollar General in reference to a theft report. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Brandi Jade Snook, 30, Pea Ridge, in connection with theft of property. She was also issued a criminal trespass warning prohibiting her from going into Dollar General.
Saturday, Oct. 22
12:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Daniel Ziehart, 22, Rogers, in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, expired tags, no insurance and two active warrants.
Thursday, Nov. 10
4:13 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Estes Drive in connection with a threats/harassment complaint. Information was forwarded to the deputy prosecutor who declined to press charges.
5:34 p.m. Police were dispatched to a location on Slack Street for a child custody issue that escalated into a physical disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Robyn Nicole Basse, 26, Bentonville, in connection with disorderly conduct and third-degree battery; and Emily Jean Fry, 28, Pea Ridge, in connection with disorderly conduct and third-degree battery.
Friday, Nov. 11
10:25 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Wood Street for a VIN verification call. The reporting party told police they had purchased the vehicle off Facebook Marketplace. As a result of the investigation, it was determined the vehicle was stolen from Nixa, Mo.

2:08 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested James Conrad Dixon Jr., 57, Pea Ridge, in connection with first violation of Omnibus DWI Act; and no liability insurance
Saturday, Nov. 19
11:40 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Edward Shane Curnett, 42, Pea Ridge, in connection with driving on a suspended driver’s license; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to register vehicle; and no liability insurance.
Sunday, Nov. 20
7:53 p.m. Police responded to a motor-vehicle collision on South Curtis Avenue. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Jason Elkins, 44, Fayetteville, in connection with first violation of Omnibus DWI Act; careless and prohibited driving; and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Tuesday, Nov. 22
5:25 p.m. Police were notified of a motor-vehicle accident in which a suspect left the scene of an accident that happened on Slack Street. The reporting party followed the suspect and confronted her at a residence on Lynn Drive. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Danelle Nichole Zimmerman, 31, Pea Ridge, in connection with second offense DWI; driving on a suspended driver’s license; leaving the scene of a property accident; and careless and prohibited driving and cited Samantha Alice Morrill, 20, Pea Ridge, with no insurance.
Friday, Nov. 25
9:11 a.m. A resident of Franklin Court reported fraud involving a rug he was selling on Facebook Marketplace in which a suspect took $400 fraudulently.
Sunday, Nov. 27
12:17 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Andrew Gregory, 28, Bentonville, in connection with possession of controlled substance; possession drug paraphernalia; insurance required.
Tuesday, Nov. 29
12:36 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Paige Brown, 18, in connection with possession of a controlled substance (PCS); possession of drug paraphernalia; and first violation of Omnibus DWI Act.
2:12 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Conrad Street in reference to a trespassing call. Police spoke with the person who was refusing to leave the house. She left without incident.
