155 Lee Town Road, Pea Ridge Priority violations: None Priority foundation violations: Bar handwashin­g sink was out of paper towels. Queso in the walk-in cooler was not date-marked. No asteriskin­g for consumer advisory beside the menu items such as Carne Asada and Mar Y Tierra.

Core violations: No documentat­ion of a certified Food Protection Manager. In the walk-in cooler a container with raw beef was stored over covered container of cooked beans and a box of eggs was stored over lidded salsa container. Raw beef was stored on shelf over chopped onions and peppers in the kitchen refrigerat­or.
