Friday, March 1

1:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Angela Michelle Blevins, 57, Bella Vista, in connection with failure to stop or yield and second violation of Omnibus DWI Act.

Sunday, March 24

4:05 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Eagle Drive in reference to a possibly abandoned dog. The dog had no food, water or shelter. The residence was empty. The dog was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Wednesday, March 27

9:53 p.m. Police received a report of an animal bite called in by a nurse with Mercy Hospital in Bella Vista. As a result of the investigat­ion, it was determined the victim was a 14-year-old girl who was bitten by a dog while at a party in Pea Ridge. She was taken to the hospital where she received stitches in her upper lip. The youth’s guardian did not wish to file charges. The dog was quarantine­d.

Saturday, April 6

12:20 a.m. Police were requested to assist Little Flock Police in a pursuit. The vehicle was fleeing east on Little Flock Drive toward Ark. Hwy. 94. When Pea Ridge officers arrived, a Little Flock Police officer had the driver of a black Tesla which had crashed at gun point. The driver, identified as Bryson Craig Hill, 36, Pea Ridge, was arrested by Little Flock police.

Thursday, April 11

10:39 a.m. Police arrested Jessie Dale Hicks, 48, Pea Ridge, in connection with violation of an order of protection.

Friday, April 12

10:39 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on North Davis Street in reference to a report that a man had shot himself. As a result of the investigat­ion, it was determined the incident was accidental. The man was transporte­d to Mercy by ambulance.

Sunday, April 14

8:52 a.m. A resident of Weston Loop reported his truck was broken into and a box of ammunition was stolen. He told police he did not want to file a report, but wanted to let police know. 3:41 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Luis Alfredo Gonzales-Rodriguez, 44, Springdale, in connection with no driver’s license.

Monday, April 15

9:22 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Benjamin Craig Steffen, 20, Pea Ridge, in connection with possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Tuesday, April 16

9:10 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on East Pickens Road in reference to a disturbanc­e. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested David Beehler, 62, Pea Ridge, in connection with third-degree domestic battering.
