Sprin­kle 1 Tbsp. finely grated lime zest and 1⁄ tsp. salt over 12 cups air-popped

2 pop­corn in a large bowl. Whisk to­gether

2 Tbsp. melted un­salted but­ter and 1 Tbsp. sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Driz­zle over pop­corn, and toss to coat. (Eat im­me­di­ately or pop­corn will get soggy.)
