Philadelphia Style - - Contents -

There has never been a better time to be a Philadelphia resident than right now.

Within these last three years, our city has been recognized internationally for welcoming the Pope, hosting the historic Democratic National Convention and, most recently, for the first time since 1936, as the host city for the NFL Draft. On the first night of the draft, Philadelphia set an NFL Draft record, with more than 100,000 fans showing up on the Art Museum steps. It was a great experience for all.

On the local front, there are monumental residential and corporate buildings popping up from Old City to Bryn Mawr and every neighborhood in between. To mark our annual Best of Style summer edition, we were thrilled to feature an iconic city shot across a double-page spread that showcases our evergrowing skyline.

With city growth comes a reinvigoration of Philadelphia Style as well. In May, we happily announced our acquisition by Modern Luxury as we were welcomed into a family of 84 titles across 24 cities. What does that mean for our readers? Even more of Philadelphia Style to enjoy. In 2018 we will increase to 10 issues. We will also publish ancillary publications in categories such as home and design, tourism, bridal, and a charity and social datebook.

We could not be more excited to see our city and our publications grow together. We are looking forward to bright futures ahead.
