FRANCISCO RAMIREZ: “Tredici’s Crab pasta--no words do the dish justice! Jonah crab and spaghetti with bursts of heirloom cherry tomatoes, garlic, and toasted breadcrumb­s. It pairs perfectly with a delicious glass of white wine in the summer. This is definitely my favorite way to go.”
