North Hills 21, Penn Hills 20

North Hills’ defense stopped a 2-point conversion run in the first overtime to preserve a one-point victory in a non-conference game at Penn Hills.

North Hills (3-1) forced overtime when Jordan Blackmon rushed 19 yards for a touchdown on a fourth-down play with 1:49 left in regulation. The touchdown took place just after North Hills had stopped Penn Hills (2-3) with a goal-line stand.

Tyler Reddick’s 1-yard run in overtime put North Hills ahead. Penn Hills quarterback Darius Holloway brought his team within a point on a 10-yard run.
