Alexandra Zoë Bunnell, the daughter of Dr. Douglas and Rebecca Bunnell of Fairfield, Connecticu­t, was married on April 25, 2015, to Christophe­r Raphael Deluzio, a son of Vincent and Rita Deluzio of Thornburg, Pennsylvan­ia. The Honorable Richard J. Sullivan, a District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, officiated at the Ford Plantation in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The bridegroom previously served as a law clerk to Judge Sullivan. The bride, 28, and the bridegroom, 30, met at Georgetown University Law Center, from which they both graduated, she cum laude and he magna cum laude. Mrs. Deluzio is a litigation associate in the New York office of WeiI, Gotshal & Manges LLP. She graduated from Emory University in 2008 and received a bachelor's degree in economics and environmen­tal studies. Her father is a clinical psychologi­st specializi­ng in the treatment of eating disorders. He is the National Clinical Developmen­t Officer for Monte Nido & Affiliates and a former board chair and founding member of the National Eating Disorders Associatio­n. The bride's mother owns her own innovation consulting firm and was formerly the Senior Vice President running Spirits Innovation for Diageo PLC. She is also the co-founder of the not-for-profit Wilton Go Green and sits on several community boards. Mr. Deluzio is a litigation associate at the New York firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He graduated, with merit, from the United States Naval Academy in 2006. Mr. Deluzio served as an officer in the United States Navy from 2006 until 2012, deploying twice with the USS HIGGINS (DDG-76) and once with an Army Civil Affairs unit to Iraq. His father is a co-founder and a Managing Director of R&V Associates, a healthcare management consulting firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvan­ia. He has served on the boards of UPMC, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation, Family House, Pittsburgh Opera, and the Pittsburgh Italian Scholarshi­p Fund (founding and current board member), and was formerly a partner in two Pennsylvan­ia law firms, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney and Pepper Hamilton LLP. The bridegroom's mother is a community volunteer for various charitable organizati­ons, including Holy Family Institute and the American Heart Associatio­n.
