FLYING HIGH NOW
Craig Davis, president and CEO of Visit Pittsburgh, tries the new full-body virtual reality experience, Birdly, on Tuesday at the National Aviary on the North Side. During the 2½-minute experience, riders flap their arms using hinged wings, controlling direction and speed of travel as they explore New York City. The permanent exhibit, brought in partnership with the Pittsburgh International Airport, will open to aviary visitors on Thursday and will periodically rotate experiences.
