Duke freshman Bagley III turning pro

Duke freshman Marvin Bagley III is entering the NBA draft. Bagley announced his decision Wednesday on his verified Instagram account, saying he “learned a lot this year on and off of the court.” A Duke spokespers­on said Bagley “eventually” would hire an agent. Bagley is expected to be a high lottery pick.

The Associated Press AllAmerica­n and ACC player and rookie of the year led the conference in scoring and rebounding, averaging 21.0 points and 11.1 rebounds. He broke nine program freshman records

Michigan State

Star Miles Bridges is skipping his final two seasons of eligibilit­y and entering the NBA draft. It came as no surprise after a fine season in which he was named a second-team All-American by AP. Bridges nearly left a year ago from the Spartans.

Texas

Junior guard Eric Davis Jr. announced he has decided to turn pro after being held out several games late in the season after reports raised allegation­s that he had taken money from an agent representa­tive.

Robert Morris

Freshman guard Leondre Washington reportedly received his release and will transfer after one season with the program. He missed the final two regularsea­son game and two in the NEC tournament.
