They’ll be serving at least two draft wines as well.

It won’t be until later this summer that the park’s shipping container bar and its 30 taps and roof deck will be set up, says general manager Stephanie Brea. By then they’ll be serving spirits, too, and have indoor bathrooms.

In the meantime, customers will make do with port-a-potties.

Friday the park will be open from 4 to 11 p.m. The food lineup: Pittsburgh Pierogi, Pgh Po’ Boy, Brisketburgh, Pittsburgh Sandwich Society, Doce Taqueria, Pittsburgh Smokehouse and Sugar & Spice. Music will be performed by Sweaty Already String Band.

Saturday, when hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., the lunch lineup is Sinkers & Suds, Healthalicious, Evil Swine BBQ and Michele’s Mobile Meals. The dinner lineup, starting around 5 p.m., is Cousins Maine Lobster (making its Pittsburgh debut), South Side BBQ, The Coop, Tango and Sugar & Spice. Music will be performed by Nameless in August.

Regular events will start this weekend, too, with the Millvale Yoga Collective doing outdoor yoga Saturday, although the weather may move it into the event room.

The yard games will be available, along with something that might even be more popular: several fire pits.

Shawn Lang smiles at the cold. “Power through it,” he says. “Drink some beer.”

The park is located along the Three Rivers Heritage Trail and the AlleghenyTOURS River at the 40th Street Bridge to Lawrenceville. The address is 1923 River Front
