WPIAL PLAYOFFS

Four teams from every section qualify for the playoffs. If two or more teams tie for a playoff spot, head-to-head competition breaks the tie. If head-to-head does not break the tie, all tied teams qualify. The field for the boys tournament is set. One playoff spot is still up for grabs Saturday on the girls side. The WPIAL will announce playoff pairings and seedings Tuesday. The playoffs begin Feb. 15. Here are teams that will be in the playoffs:
